Is my vial still good?

While filtering my tirzeptide the ENTIRE rubber stopped popped off

(earlier the entire metal part of the vial came off along with the cap when i popped it off but since i’m filtering it into a new sterile vial i didn’t think too much of it)

I had about 99% of the liquid already in the syringe regardless before the rubber stopped popped off and the rest of the vial got exposed to the outside world but i’m not worried because i filtered it through a NES filter into a new sterile vial so i think it’s fine but i guess im wondering should i be worried? i wouldn’t mind doing it all over again since i have 10 vials and would rather waste a vial then cause permanent harm to myself

i’m lost and don’t know where to go

i’ve found myself in a predicament i’ve been lost for 2 days now and i’ve explored every nook and cranny but i don’t know how to continue the story from hhere without spoiling can someone tell me where im supposed to go? i just met that one person named goumani or something and i completely explored every area tied to it i feel like. there’s this pink gooopy stuff im seeing blocking me from certain areas but i don’t have the right ability’s to destroy it
