Loving one’s home never gets old
You guys seemed to like the last round, diving deeper into the cringe, portrait of a hot topic emo who started learning photoshop to edit pics for MySpace. (Bonus basement freezer photo)
I had a long “photoshoot” era
My master bathroom is a blank canvas right now, but not in a fun way. I've having trouble visualizing how I can update the existing space to my taste without having to do a full renovation to remove the modern greige tile, vanity, etc.
I have an art print I bought a few years ago that is my color palette inspiration. I'm visualizing a oxblood colorwash, and bringing in vintage and playful elements to offset the modern. (3rd image is a college including the art print)
My plan is to remove the over the toilet organizer and replace with a solid wood linen tower for more practical storage needs and to introduce another wood tone in the room. I'm planning to keep the chrome as the primary metal accent but replacing handles to more playful/organic shape to mimic the clown-ish aspects of the art.
Looking for advice on how to marry my vision to the reality of the current space. Appreciate constructive criticism to help me shape this room into the moody/playful oasis of my dreams.
Love a good hat & dress combo for summer strolls
