I'm talking about shows like come dine with me, four in a bed, quiz shows like the chase, catchphrase etc, reality shows big brother, married at first sight.. anything really. What was it like? What is something no one would know about? This is something I've always wondered about lol

Hi I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas how to bring the attachments back to life on a 'vintage' electric manicure set i received years ago from my mother. I have just come across it again but the attachments (which are metal i think?) Are not very course anymore. I'm not sure they can be rejuvenated or not lol but thought I would ask as my mother gifted me a dipping set for Christmas and I'd like to try fix the nail file before buying new 😊 any help appreciated thankyou
Good evening, I am from the UK but don't really follow the eurovision song contest since I was a kid my grandad said it was rubbish and everyone basically picks on the UK. (obviously he didn't say them exact words but that was the takeaway I got from it.. was probably 20ish years ago lol)
