Unsure what to do other than write this down in case it happens again

For context I am the only white guy on a team, the rest are black women except the manager who is a white woman. Yesterday my manager was yelling at my coworker for not doing enough work. (Which is silly as she had just been helping me moments before). Then today she saw me working and told me to relax and slow down. She has never yelled at me or even used a negative tone.

I want to stress that while I do a little extra heavy lifting, the workload is fairly even and we all end up with some amount of time where we goof off or sweep slowly etc.

I am writing it down with the date in case this becomes a pattern.

Is there anything else I can or should do? I don't know if it's a racist thing or a personal issue between the two.

Did anyone have top at Mexico Transgender Center, especially on credit?

Curious what the real out of pocket cost is. They say you can get it fully financed including travel costs. Also if you are happy with your results and how they treated you?

Is it difficult to qualify for the payment plans?

What does "stealth" mean to you?

Just curious. I do not consider myself stealth. I don't tell people I am trans but I also don't hide it. My parents have photos of me around their house pretransition, I don't pack. A lot of people assume I am a gay cis man (which is fair. I'm queer and somewhat "effeminate" with a soft voice). All my close friends know I am trans but due to moving around a lot and being a private person most of my friends are not even in the same state as I am.

I have some clothing with pride colors.

I always thought stealth meant you actively trying to hide being trans in order to have it not factor into your life at all but recently have seen people refer to just not advertising your trans status as soon as you meet people as being "stealth". So I'm asking what the word means to *you* and I guess how open you are with people.

I feel like the same clothes that looked sort of cute goth and punk etc on me when I looked like a "twink" with spiky blue or green hair have a different tone now that I'm a chubby bald dude.

I don't want to add makeup, used to like it but makes me dysphoric these days. I may try to peirce my ears (and maybe eyebrow etc) again but have a bad history with metal allergies and irritation.

Used to camp every summer as a kid but it's been a decade. I have no gear and I'm on a tight budget. In the past I've never spent under $100 on a tent but I really want to go camping this summer and the cost of all the gear needed is daunting. I have plenty of cast iron to cook over a fire in.

I suspect I need at minimum: a tent with rain fly, a cooler, sleeping bag, reusable water bottle, few gallons of water, firestarter, lantern/flashlight, citronella for campsite, bug spray for my skin.

I saw some tent options online extremely cheap. Like $40-60. Cheaper than that seemed like kid or pet sized. I realize these cheap tents are flimsy plastic but if I'm only camping in warm weather and it's just me, how bad can it be? Eventually I want nice gear for dispersed/ hike in camping but just can't afford a lot at the moment.

Have you had any luck with budget options?

At this price range am I better off just bringing a tarp, bug net, and some rope? (Kind of a joke, kind of not, I've had worse).
