New hire is a reseller

We recently got a bunch of new hires at my store and one of them I thought looked really familiar. Turns out she’s one of the regulars that comes in often, buys a shit ton of the same item, then sends it to be resold on Amazon for profit. I heard that employees were not allowed to purchase a bunch of items for the sole purpose of reselling and then profiting off of the items they purchased (specifically with their employee discount which I’m sure is one of the main reasons she started working at TJ). Is this something I should report to LP?

seller late to ship 2X now

I bought a pair of shorts from a seller on depop a few weeks ago and she never sent them out. Depop refunded my money. The seller told me that she had surgery recently blah blah. She also kept saying that she was going to ship them out but never did. I really wanted this pair of shorts that she was selling so I asked if I could just buy them again and if she would ship them and so I bought them again. It’s been 8 days now and she said she just shipped them out but I haven’t received an updated status on them from depop yet. How would you rate a seller that’s this late to ship an item? I get that this isn’t Amazon but it’s now the 2nd time with the same seller for the same item that she’s been late to ship.

Fitting Room Employee Age Gap

I work in the fitting room a lot of the time at TJ and the store I work at is a runway store in a wealthy neighborhood/city and for the most part I can keep up with the demands of the fitting room such as counting the amount of items each customer has while going in & out of the FR, properly putting clothes back onto hangers, putting the item in its correct spot on the small racks, all while ALSO hanging returns (new policy I guess?). The stores busiest days are Friday-Sunday and the amount of traffic can get overwhelming in the FR but I am usually always able to catch up on the tasks within the hour or after the rush. Management mostly puts the older lady employees in the fitting room and they NEVER get everything done like they are supposed too and the fitting rooms are always a fucking mess with clothes everywhere and ripped tags and hangers all over the fitting rooms when I come on shift when they are working. They don’t care to even try and catch up either, they just chat and chat with the customers while getting just about nothing done. One old lady employee even organizes the hangers with keeters from XS-XL in order…. It’s such a waste of time. This old ass employee also has REALLY LONG fake acrylic nails so she “can’t” button the shirts or the pants EVER either. Just don’t wear really long acrylic nails and make them short?? It’s as simple as that. I don’t even button everything entirely if it’s busy or if I have a lot of work to do, but I will button the first 2-3 buttons on the shirts and dresses and I make sure to always button the pants and close any zippers so that the item won’t fall off of its hanger. The old lady employees will have 1-2 FULL RACKS of clothes that customers tried on and didn’t want that need to be properly hung on the hangers + organized and it’s irritating as fuck to come on shift every damn day and catch up for them so that I can do my job without getting overwhelmed by racks and racks of disorganized clothes that have yet to be done along w the heavy customer traffic. Management also does nothing and says nothing to these old ass lady employees and the younger employees are expected to clean up after them and catch up for them while they get to chat and breeze on by throughout their entire shift. And if the fitting room isn’t caught up or empty and clean by the end of the evening, whoever closes the FR will get bitched at the next day for leaving it a mess even tho it was a mess before the closer even got on shift.
I think I’m just ranting and I’m sure many other locations experience this same issue. I get that it’s judgmental or ageist to give the older employees less hours bc they are slow as fuck but if they can’t do their job efficiently and in a timely manner then what’s the point of keeping them as an employee?? I don’t get it. And it’s not that they can’t do the job, it’s the fact that they just won’t and they dick around their entire shift and chat with customers without any care that their tasks are left unfinished and how their lack of working affects the other employees. I’m not sure if there is anything else I could do given this situation as I’ve mentioned the ordeal to management multiple times but should I call HR or something and let them know the situation? Would they even do anything about it or is there someone I can talk to that can address this issue? Thanks for listening to me rant and lmk your stories or if this is something you experience at your store too.
