I just started Zoloft (at night - 50mg then in 2 weeks will increase to 100mg) along with Pregabalin (Lyrica). I was taking Vilazadone at 20mg since last year but it did nothing to help with my anxiety and depression. I do take 75mg Trazadone and 0.025mg Clonidine for sleep as well. Just wondering what to expect. I am an athlete and worried that it will affect my running, workouts, biking and also the sexual side effects. Any insight and guidance is greatly appreciated.

Just started pregabalin this morning, 25mg twice daily, then increasing it to 50mg twice daily in a week. I just started Zoloft at 50mg once daily as well. Is there anything I should be concerned about? I am an avid runner and just worried about weight gain and these medications affecting me. Any insight would be awesome. Cheers.

I just took my first dose of 50mg then in 2 weeks moving up to 100mg. Anyone take it at night? Im also on trazadone and clonidine for sleep. How fast acting is this and what to expect my depression and anxiety have been horrendous. I was on Prozac for the longest time then changed to vilazadone and it did nothing for me. With love xo
