Can someone explain their bull case to me?

I just began researching this company today, and from what I’m understanding, REGAL is targeting AML patients (most in their late 60s-70 years old) who have already relapsed and then achieved a second remission (not common). So that seems like a pretty small patient population to begin with.

Even if the trial succeeds, AML is mostly a disease that affects older patients, and not everyone even makes it to a second remission. So, I’m trying to understand how large the commercial opportunity really is here. How much value does Wall Street see in extending the lives of AML patients well into their 70s after two rigorous bouts with such an aggressive blood cancer?

Is the bull case mainly that positive REGAL data will rerate the stock, or is there a realistic path for SLS to expand beyond only this specific AML population?
