Interview experience- OTN MCOM
So after clearing the online assessment I gave my interviews yesterday. Adding my experience for anyone who needs any help.
I had a viva exam yesterday so I literally had to give my interviews in my college and a teacher interrupted during the final round but I apologised and they said it's absolutely fine as I'm in my clg.
HR round- it was pretty basic questions if I have aadhar card or not, introduction why delloite etc. The hr was female and she was pretty nice and was smiling with me while we were talking and it was chill.
Technical round- i cleared first one then moved to technical round and it was again my introduction then basic accounting questions. I actually got confused in one question and was a bit down but after it ended he said so this was good and I think you should be fine. Hope to see you soon.
Partner round- I cleared second round and moved to third round and it was really nice, the interviewer was friendly and greeted me very warmly. Again about myself and then why delloite, when I answered he said wow you answered really well. Then he asked some behavioural questions. At the end, he said so you'll be relocating to Hyderabad so I hope you're fine with it and I said I'll be glad. Then at end, he said it was pleasure talking to you today and I said pleasure is all mine then he said bye and that I'll hear back in a few days.
So this was it.
Documents verification- OTN mcom
So I gave my 3 interviews for tax consultant role today and reached the last stage as it was pretty fine too. Now, the thing is I applied from OTN- MCOM and since I don't have anything else to overthink about, my previous semester results are not yet recieved by me due to some administration issue and would only get them after 12-13 days so in case, I reach the background verification stage, will they be understanding in this case or am I cooked?
Please scold me as well if you think I'm so overthinking i need it.
Experience as fresher
So, my question is a bit too dumb and simple. What are you supposed to say for experience if you don't have any as a fresher?
In many companies, especially big 4s they ask for your internships and past projects, so is it a turn off if you say you don't have any experience or internships whatsoever?
Confusion regarding Deloitte OTN hiring process
So I did the online assessment for OTN (M COM) a few days ago and then I got retest for the excel portion. Whatever I did it and today I got the link for a webinar with a senior tax consultant. And it was also posted as a placement opportunity by my college and in their post only online assessment was mentioned whereas they always mention the interview rounds. So I have two questions-
Does everyone get this webinar link or ONLY the ones who clear online assessment?
There will be an interview round right and what should I prepare for it? Any advice?
