Need advice for investment
Hey, so the Mysuru real estate market is really hot right now, and I was thinking of investing in a plot. I don't have a huge budget, but I've got about 8 to 10 lakhs in liquid funds and can swing EMI payments of 15 to 20k a month after all my other expenses. I'm not looking to build anything since I already own a house; I just want to invest and hopefully flip it for a profit in a year or two. Any suggestions would be awesome, thanks!
