Help removing adhesive patch residue from polyester?

Hello all!

I’m currently preparing for nursing school, and part of that is ironing on school patches to scrubs. I realized halfway through that I was applying the patch to the wrong sleeve, and pulled it off hoping there wouldn’t be any residue left behind.

Is there any hope to get this off? Thank you in advance 🫶🫶

Ideas on what could cause sharp, pinching pain in lower abdomen?

Picture in comments.

Sharp, pinching, pinpoint pain that has been intermittent for about 10 days now. It is definitely internal, it feels almost like the muscle layer except it doesn’t change with tightening abs, abs workout, or stretching abs.

Pain is mild, tolerable but very noticeable, and it lasts for maybe 1-10 minutes in spurts. It has been in the same place every time, and it happens throughout the day with no noticeable trigger (like movement or sitting position, etc)

Any ideas on what this could be caused by? I lift weights and apparently have a small hemorrhagic cyst in one of my ovaries. I also have sciatica. Have any of you had a muscle overuse injury that felt similar?

ADV touring bikes that won’t break the bank?

Hello everyone,

This would be my first motorcycle, I’m hoping for some direction on what to look into.

I plan on primarily biking on paved roads, but i will take it on gravel or wet paths for camping and hiking trips. I live in a hilly to mountainous area, so I definitely need a bike that can handle that reasonably well. I want something that can reach highway speeds and handle longer rides (maximum 5 hours), but I’m not going to be doing anything crazy … maximum 75mph and 6 hour drives, but I’d still be mainly driving around town.

I really am looking for a “jack of all trades” type bike, not something that’s the best in one category at expense of others. I’m not flashy.

My budget is 5k or less, I’m pretty much planning to buy used at this point. I can fix it up over time.

Oh, I’m a 5’6 140lbs female, if that helps with recommendations.

Thank you!
