Haplogroup help
On my test it said I'm R-Y40 it comes up as proto Indo Iranian but I know a guy from gilgit who also has this and he says it's Indo Aryan. Anything I search about this it just tells me mountain isolate in Hindu kush names mainly Indo Aryan groups

Is R-Y40 dardic or iranic because it's prominent in kalash and dardic groups but also some iranic groups in Hindu kush my father's side is Nuristani kalash but no one can tell me if it's Indo Iranian or Indo Aryan

From my last DNA test turns out my paternal side is from Nuristan my haplogroup is R1A subclade Y40
I get told I fit Indo Nordic, proto Nordid, north pontid with influences from pamirid, Iranid, so far my face seems to fit Indo Nordic and proto Nordid the most
