Hey everyone, I joined Micro1 recently as an Expert, and 2 days ago I got a Slack message inviting me to become a Reviewer. Obviously I said yes 😂 who would say no to a promotion 😅 Yesterday I got the message with the documents and everything, and I believe I’m currently in the temp Reviewer period. I’m about to do my first review, so I’m pretty excited about it. I was just curious for anyone who’s already gone through this — what happens after the temp period? Is there usually any pay increase / different pay scale once you become a full-time Reviewer? And are there any other benefits or changes that come with moving to the full-time Reviewer role? Also, roughly how long did it take you guys to move from temp to full-time? Would love to hear from anyone who’s been through it. Just trying to get an idea of what to expect 😅
