A-D are all said to have been found on a family farm near Carlisle, OH, in the Miami River Valley.

E-F no info on where they were found.

Ruler measurement in inches.

I inherited these from my father in law and have been researching how old/what type of points they are. Getting conflicting answers among various field guides, websites, etc.

I’ve been getting interested in the ancient human history in central/southern Ohio so trying get an idea just how old these amazing artifacts are that I hold in my hands. Any info/answers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Episode 12 sucked

An hour to show a few >!uneventful med checks, bunny snares, and a gill-net fish? No one taps, nothing happens at all really.. I love the show but what a pointless, forgettable episode.!<

I hope Uncle Martin here doesn’t notice that I pissed my fuckin pants

I became curious about the “Uncle Martin” lyric on Rosetta Stoned and whether it was slang for “Martian” or “alien” so I googled “uncle martin alien” and:

Uncle Martin is the iconic alien character from the classic 1960s sci-fi comedy television series, My Favorite Martian.

So there you go.

This Alumni Ticket Presale is a Joke

The Alumni football ticket process gets worse and worse every year.

Tickets are way more expensive than they listed prior and you can only buy two seats together at once, but six tickets total? The university’s greed and price gouging is out of control: The same $44 seat for Ball State costs $197 for the Michigan game, more than a 400 percent markup.

You want to rip off the general public that’s one thing, but why screw over students and alumni?

Edit: great to see everyone bending over backwards to defend the abject greed of a state-funded institution that raked in more than 330 million in athletics revenue last year and has an endowment of $8.6 billion…. but I’m the asshole for complaining apparently lol

Edit #2: the athletic department is 'self-funded' only because the state of Ohio shields them from billions in property, sales, and income taxes on Ohio Stadium and their massive facilities, meaning they are heavily subsidized by the Ohio taxpayer

Edit #3: you bootlickers disgust me
