Stumped On Wireless Thermostat
Here’s one. I can’t figure out why this thermostat keeps disconnecting from the brain on the unit. Randomly disconnects and shuts off AC. It connects right away when I do the linking process, but it takes some fiddling to get it to kick the condenser and fan back on, like spamming new signals to get it to register.
Customer is fine with switching back to a hardwired thermostat instead of the wireless if needed, but I wanted to check if it’s an easy fix first. Batteries? Some kind of signal interference?
