"Why not get both?" said the little voice in his head.

It happened again.

My buddy and fellow G-Shock admirer asked if I wanted to do another buy from Japan and split the shipping and duty. I am a bit of a snob and prefer Tough Solar and Multi Band 6 watches. I found these, and was really struggling to choose one, so I didn't.

Looking for and Artemis Challenge Coin

Not sure if this is allowed, but I didn't see a rule against it.

I'm in the KSC area and am looking for a coin. I haven't seen any for sale anywhere (maybe I'm looking in the wrong places?)

Reach out if you have access to one or two.

Help me understand why I think this album sounds bad

Looking for some help. If this is a dumb question, let me know.

I'm the kind of audiophile who uses gear to enjoy music. My setup is nothing amazing, but it works for me. Spotify, Quedelix 5K, CrinEar Reference (or Meta, or Moondrop Blessing 2 or 3).

The question is not what to change in my setup. It is why does this particular album sound bad to me. I phrase it this way because plenty of albums sound amazing to me, so I believe there is something about the album.

The album in question is Social Distortion's new release Born to Kill. I was so excited for this album, and finally sat down to listen to it and was just disappointed.

Yes, yes, I know it is punk rock and heavily distorted (maybe socially, too), but this one in particular just sounds flat and compressed to me. Every once in a piece of drum kit would stand out and sound good, but the rest was just a muddy mess to me.

Is this the dynamic range compression or loudness wars I've heard about but never really been able to pick out before?

Thanks for your time.
