It's worth 215pp now but it gets hella nerfed in the rework to 193pp :(
Does my bike fit properly? I just got a computer so I had to widen the aero bars and it felt a bit uncomfortable. Is this something I’ll just have to get used to or an issue?
I’ve been looking at the bontrager ride time because it’s cheap and does what I want it to. I want to be able to see my power output (ant+ power meter) and ride duration at least. Any suggestions?

I recently got the Jetblack Victory trainer. I'm looking for something I can use for my easy rides and intervals. I've heard about zwift and trainerroad for this. What do y'all recommend?

With running, I can pretty much just get faster by running more I find. The swim and bike though have been pretty stagnant. Idrc about the swim that much, it is what it is lol. How do I improve my speed on the bike? I currently have one long ride (pushing harder up hills) and an easy ride per week. This pic is my latest Olympic distance splits (and a 10k pr lol).
