For anyone who’s bought custom minis, where did you buy and what’s the quality?

Hey! First time posting, got a nice air fryer recently and really like it, it’s made a lot of home recipes much easier.

I’ve been messing with turkey burgers and lately been messing around with temp/time to try and get the juiciness just right. This time I did 2 patties on 375 preheated for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

One burger seemed fine, nothing really noticeable, but the other had this white goop in the middle. It was more liquidy when it first came out but seemed to get more solid. I assume it’s protein like the white goop that shows up on the outside, but I just wanted to make sure in case it shows up again.
