However, on PayPal, it says the Case is still under review, and if I click view case details, it also says the Case was close.
What does this mean? Can I use the refund PayPal gave me without worrying about it being taken back?

We've been renting the Ford Territory for a while, but now we're looking to purchase a car as I will need a vehicle to commute 3 hours daily on highways for the next 2 months, totalling around 12k kilometres.

I'm leaning towards Ford Territory as we're already familiar with it.
What model would you suggest on the list, if not, what other models would you suggest?
Are there any car brands currently offering Zero Down Payment for their new stock?
So far I've only found an offer available for the Ford Territory, which ends this month, others are either 0% interest or buy now pay later.
My budget is up to 150k AED or up to 2000 AED EMI
Optionally, I would also be interested in any financing that's done by the dealership, rather than the bank.
