Does Too Lost In You have the best bridge from any song ever?

At 2:16 the key changes and transitions into the bridge and Heidi takes over and it’s just chef’s kiss** **especially with the “I can’t eat and I can’t sleep” it’s probably my favorite part of any Sugababes song ever and frankly it’s not talked about enough.

Diane Warren is a genius, how did she come up with this? The production is badass too with the heavy guitar and quick drum beat/percussion.

That’s all that’s the post

Southern NH parks?

I’m going through a bit of a mental health rough spot and could use some recommendations for parks with walking trails local to the Manchester/Nashua area?

I recently discovered Mine Falls Park in Nashua and I really like it/recommend it. It’s in a weird area (kind of in between two highways?) but the walking trails are long, scenic, and peaceful. I’ve been there a couple times now and I really enjoy going. But I’m trying to find another place similar to it? Also down for easy ish hike recommendations too.

Thanks and happy Friday

Paranormal Activity in Boston *spoilers*

Woah. That’s my one word reaction to the show.

Before I dive in, the leg room at the Emerson Colonial is catastrophic lol. Both times I stood up (intermission, end of show) I was in painnnnn as a 6’1 dude! I knew that going in as I saw Moulin Rouge pre Broadway and you really are squished in there. However, I was way up in the balcony and besides not being able to see a few things the view was great.

But overall the show was very entertaining. The production design was bat sh!t crazy and you could feel the fear/adrenaline from everyone around us. All of the cast gave outstanding performances and I was hooked.

>!However. The ending felt way too abrupt. It seemed like they didn’t really know how to tie it up so they just went ok climax the end bye. Still very shocking my face was like!< >!😱😱😱😱😱😮😳🤯🤯😱😮!< >!but I think it would’ve been much better if it was a bit longer and fleshed out which is an unusual critique as many shows suffer from being too!< >!long!<>!.!<

If you’re in Boston check it out! I had a great time and was gaggedddddddd throughout the show!!

I fear that Hannaford is about as cheap as Market Basket???

Growing up myself and my family have always been ride or die Market Basket shoppers. It’s our go to, kind of our safe space. Occasionally we’d go to Hannaford and as a last resort Sh*ws but MB always gets the job done. Sure it’s always chaotic af and there’s no rewards program but the price always comes out as the cheapest.

However. Recently I’ve been stopping at Hannaford after work because it’s on the way and it’s always a bit calmer/spacious and I’ve noticed that their prices compared to MB’s are…about the same?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! If at times maybe a smidge cheaper?!?!?! I’m mainly talking store brand items but idk growing up Hannaford was always labeled as expensive and inferior to MB in terms of value but are they catching up?!?!?!?

Or am I just going crazy and is MB still the savior of our state? What do you guys think and if you prefer Hannaford over MB how come?

Advice for someone who moved back in with their parents? And in the middle of no where?

After living on my own in a huge city for five years I decided to move back in with my parents to save money and potentially go back to school. My parents are supportive and I’m very grateful that I’m able to do this but at the same time a lot of anxiety is setting in.

First off just living with other people is an adjustment. I had all of this laundry I moved back in with and they keep taking it out of the drier and hanging it on the outside clothes line. I’d rather *not* have them find my jockstrap(s) so every morning I’m
running downstairs to fish them out and hide them 🥲. I’d rather not have to explain what these are for.

And then I’m used to leaving things as a mess etc, walking around in just my underwear, not making my bed and now everything’s I’m used to has changed.

And then moving back to the middle of no where the LGBTQ scene is just non existent. I’ll go on Grindr and it’s a ghost town. My only option for a hook up is hitting up the only other gay guy I went to school with who I’ve seen on there recently. I’m always horny but I’d also rather not bring someone back to have sex in my childhood bedroom….and obviously my parents will need to be out of house. My parents know that I’m gay and again are very supportive but we don’t talk at all about sex. They think that I’m this innocent celibate person when in fact I’d prefer to have sex multiple times a week.

I’m just not sure how to go forward with all of this change and I wonder if anyone else here is in or has been in a similar predicament?

Does anyone here use the bus and if so how is it? And mass transit in Southern NH in general.

I don’t live in Manch but I’m from southern NH and am moving back to the area soon and it got me thinking about the city’s (lack of) public transit and how sad it is.

I know Manch and Nashua have a bus system that I see frequently but I didn’t realize until a few months ago that they don’t run on Sundays….so if you work a job in the city without a car you just can’t commute to work on Sundays??? I get that for the busses to run more there needs to be a higher demand and more money spent to meet these needs but idk it’s just disappointing. I also know that southern NH is very car dependent and the need for mass public transit just isn’t needed or a priority.

It’s also a shame that the Boston Express doesn’t go to Manchester anymore I think they stopped after Covid? They do go to Londonderry which is right next door but for the state’s biggest city there really isn’t an easy way to get from Boston to Manchester besides having a car. Obviously there’s no way in our lifetimes we will see a commuter rail be built to come up here but a guy can dream.

But back to the bus, does anyone on here use it frequently or ever? From what I’ve heard the lines don’t run very often and if you miss it you’re kind of screwed over. I’ve also noticed that there aren’t many bus shelters just a sign on the sidewalk or side of the road. Will there ever be a change to improve the busses in the area and into Nashua or is this a pipe dream? But maybe not enough people even really use our public transit to increase its efficiency in the first place?
