Ive had a cold/upper respiratory thing going on for a couple weeks and about 3-5 days ago this little lump popped up.

I have a total of $2,974.11 in credit card debt.
$1,400 due to losing my job and not wanting to ask for help with bills 2 years ago and im still trying to pay it off.
The rest is dental (1 with CareCredit for fillings and the other from last week for Sunbit with an emergency root canal and crown) work.
I make between $720-$910 and have to budget around $350-375 a week for basic rent and bills. I already have $50 bi-weekly payments to Credit One (now given over to Midland Credit and I still owe $977 to them) and 2 more $150 payments to CareCredit (now given over to another collection agency) and I owe Sunbit $75 a month on the first of every month.
What can I do differently to pay them off?
I’m trying to pay them off but I also need to get a car so I’m not paying for uber every night to get back and forth to work🥲
Juniper was rescued on Valentine’s Day of this year from a farm I delivered to (im an Amazon driver) when she refused to move from under the tire of my van and I I spoke to the previous owners about taking her home when I noticed she had goat poop matted into her fur and frost bite on her toe where they left her out in a blizzard about two weeks before. Vet estimated her to have been born the 1st or 2nd week of December, the previous owner told me she had been born in early summer of 2025 and that’s why she was so small, but now that you guys are caught up, here’s how she’s doing now!
Shes 7 pounds, now 6moths old and officially going to get fixed next Monday at 7:15am (I know, I know, I should have done it when she was smaller but shes an indoor kitty and her older brother has been fixed for years) shes sassy, shes demanding and shes super clingy. Shes me in cat form and I love her. Shes still relatively small but I doubt her legs will grow anymore considering her mother and older siblings were very short, but that’s okay, my entire family is short so she fits right in.
Unfortunately the first week of may a tornado struck down right on the street where her original home was. I do not know if it was damaged or if any of the other cats from her litter/family were harmed or survived, but I held her so close that night. I hope the people i got her from actually brought them in from that storm even though they left them in such terrible conditions through the winter.
However, back to the positives of the weird twists and turns of this little girls life!
She loves water so much that she will jump in the sink of dish water, into my bath/shower and had to get a water dish that we could weigh down or she will go shoulder deep into it and walk it around the kitchen splashing it everywhere.
She knows no stranger and she loves car rides!
Shes the silliest and one of the most unique creatures I have ever encountered. Shes “mean” to her big brother, but he tolerates her and he misses her if he can’t find her.
She carries around a rainbow worm toy like it’s her baby and will not let anyone else touch it. She will take it to bed with her if we let her and occasionally sucks on it while she sleeps (but I don’t think she was taken from her mother too soon, she’s just doing it for comfort) it’s her best friend.
Shes doing amazing, shes fantastic and growing up to be a spoiled little brat, but considering where she came from, that’s the best outcome.
Anyways, thats her update for now! Hopefully by her next update all of her fur will have grown in and she will be the mega fluff we all know she can be!
I wasn’t even chewing on that side but the teeth came together and it broke. It doesn’t hurt or anything but they told me to wait 1-3 weeks before getting a crown put on it. Will they even be able to put a crown on it at this point? Is this normal?

I have experience so I know I can get in making about $23.75 (according to what most DSP’s in the area are posting on indeed) which is $1 more than what I make now in ks but my income tax is killing me. I’m starting next month as an ADM but need to know how soon my health benefits will kick in for some much needed dental work that I cannot continue to put off.
I want to preface this by saying I’m a hypochondriac with severe OCD so this question might be wild, but please hear me out.
I have had a toothache since Saturday morning. I couldn’t close my mouth it was so bad and was starting to cause sinus infection type symptoms, but I found an old antibiotic that was prescribed for another dental issue, I forget why I quit taking it but all of the dosage was there minus 1 pill.
I started it immediately and it has since almost completely stopped hurting.
I went to the dentist this morning and she said that while there are “bubbles” on the gums, I did the right thing by starting the antibiotics and that they are doing the right thing but to make sure I finish them.
Apparently it’s an abscess at the root of the tooth and I need to have a root canal but the soonest I could get in is may 18th. Are there any serious risks with the infection already being treated?
I’m going out of town in two weeks and could traveling make it worse? (Driving, not flying) and is there anything else I should be doing for it in the meantime besides Tylenol, naproxen, salt water/mouthwash rinses and ice packs?
