I love this apartment! The current roommate moved out for personal reasons unrelated to the apartment itself. I am moving to a smaller space, but would love to pass this space and view to someone!
If you are a single subletter, you would pay for 1 bed ($1750) but live alone! [I (26F) would like to come in and out occasionally- with warning! but can be discussed] until November when the lease ends (option to renew).
If you are 2 subletters and/or are interested in renting the whole apartment (both beds) it’s $3500 total until November (option to renew).
