been having chest pains for over a month now, and im getting worried

doctors of reddit, i need your help. im 18, 167cm, 57kg, male, and ive been having these chest pains over a month now. for context: i dont smoke, but i tend to smell some smoke when passing streets. i workout regularly, 4-5 times a week. i have a proper diet, and i eat 3 times a day. our house was caught on fire last april 3, 2026, but i know for a fact that i already coped before may even started.

i have been to 3 different doctors (idk first one, second pediatrician, third internal medicine) and everyone just tells me that im stressed, when in fact i dont feel stressed

first week of my chest pain, i went to the nearest hospital. and i told them what i was feeling. they made me had ecg, and the results stated 'possible right atrial enlargement' but the doctor said it was fine, but to see the root cause, i was told to get a 2d echo, xray and a tsh. but i dont wanna spend money, so i waited for another week. the pains are still there, same intensity, comes and goes, and it feels heavy but in the pain scale id say its 3-4/10. and then i decided to stop working out, because it might be caused by that. i also noticed that i run out of breathe climbing 3 floor stairs, which is not my thing before.

so i went to another doctor for a second opinion. same things they told me. i got another ecg and xray this time. i showed her the results. my ecg still says 'possible right atrial enlargement' and my xray got some white spots. she still cant conclude thru my ecg, so she just prescribed me "co amoxiclav" for the white spots.

so i finally decided to take 2d echo, a week later the results came in, everything was normal. i went back to the doctor and told me i was just fine. and i went back to my old routine and worked out again.

fast forward last week, i still get the pains, but its still the heavy feeling, not until last week. i felt sharp pain on my lower left chest and i got really scared. at the same time, my heart was racing. but it was just for a couple of seconds. then it comes and goes. then i felt a pain on my left arm. i always search for everything i feel, so i already knew that this is one of the symptoms of heart attack. i got REALLY really scared, but the pain is still bearable and disappearing. so i just sat there with my mother calming me down. until i settled down. since then, i was feeling sharp pains on my chest, random parts but mostly lower left chest.

and guess what, i went to another doctor.

this time, in a private hospital. because people told me doctors in a private hospital will treat u better. so i went, told everything, and she told me that i could be just anxious and having stress. she endorsed me to a psychiatrist, with a rate of not so money friendly. she also prescribed me "esomeprazole". ive been drinking it, 4th day today. for 10 days. im still feeling the chest pains, and random body pains on left arm, right arm, jaw, sometimes neck, and slight headaches. i dont know if im getting out of breathe, but sometimes i catch myself trying to take a deep breathe. im really worried, and i dont know what to do anymore. i know for a fact that im not stressed, maybe im getting stressed because of this. but i need your help. what should i do next? i dont wanna wait this out, its been so long. i dont wanna live in a fear anymore. please help me

any dost scholars na wala sa "priority programs" nga gi post sa DOST 10?

So I’m planning to take Industrial Engineering at Xavier University. I thought DOST priority programs were nationwide, but then I saw this post from DOST Region 10 on Facebook showing the priority programs for each university in Region X. Is this really the case? gikan napud ko sa office sa XU and they said nga wala silay hibalo ani, only DOST ra daw ang maka ingon jud. but wala pa nako na receive akong notice of award sa DOST so idk if ma contact nako sila.
