Cant get voicemail or call forwarding to work.

As title says i can't get voicemail or call forwarding to work. Dialing 222 just gets a recording saying cant connect at this time been same for 4 days. Used code they sent to divert calls to voicemail and that doesn't work. Ifbi use the code then call my phone to check it's working correctly I get a call not connected error.

I have reported it on they help page, still waiting for a reply.

Considering joining

Hi everyone, I’m considering joining one P mobile.
I’m currently on EE, but I think I can get better value for my money with one p.
My question is though, what would I not get on one P as compared to full-fledged EE service?

I don’t care for bundled services, neither do I care for anything else from the network. I just want EE quality signal, call quality and data speeds/performance at a good price.
Thank you guys

Unlimited plan is de facto hard locked 500Gb plan

Today I ran over the limit assuming my 500Gb 'fair use' limit was already reset (I started on 5th September, it was a fair assumption). It looks like it would be tomorrow. Anyways...

Turns out after 500Gb they not simply 'slow down' your connection. It is a complete total 'no internet access' lockout.

Sucks big time 👎

You should remove 'unlimited' from the plan name.

Edit: when I say ‘no internet access’ that means no access at all. Not 128kbps throttle.

Edit 2: if I am such a burden to the network, why do you sell an “unlimited” plan with hard 500Gb limit, that can be used within 5 hours on 5G speeds? That’s 0.69% of full speed per month.

Edit 3: look at the picture yourself, does it even feel legal to you?

Anyway, my point is - I'd rather buy 500Gb plan with clear rules, not having to rely on what someone "thinks" is "too much" data.

Does anybody else ever get random texts sent?

I've had this twice now and it seems the who called me logs flag them as scam call numbers. No apps on my phone has permission to send SMS text messages or make calls so I'm not sure what's going on (the number covered is a family member - the uncovered numbers are the strange texts that aren't in my sent SMS text history)

Please help me understand the PAYG £10 spend thingy?

I've just got a sim for my child from 1pmobile and it has a minimum spend of £10 every 3 months. The sim is for his brick phone to send a very occasional message a handful of times per month if he is late from school or wants to go to a friends house etc.

They've changed the terms so many times in the past 12 months I'm getting confused.

As of today, given I activated on 1st Oct am I reading right that there is a min spend d of £10 every 90 days ie £3.33/month for PAYG?

Back in July it was £10 once every 6 months which was a much better deal but looks like I missed that!

Using my PAC a day AFTER activating my SIM

I activated my SIM yesterday, missed the option to put the PAC number in. Now i can't find anywhere to actually give it to them to start the process. Their AI is pretty useless as it says to "log in and do it", but there is no where to do it. Am I going to need to call customer service to get this sorted (they are closed now).

EU Data boost remaining...how to see it on the website

sorry if this is dead obvious, but is there a way that I can see how much roaming data I have left, and as I have purchased a EU data package, will it show how much is left?

Many thanks, on the ferry arriving in France :-)
