Any books with penguin main characters?

I love penguins, are there any books with penguin main characters? I've thought that a book series like wings of fire or warrior cats would be fun with penguins but honestly I'm just curious for any books that would have penguin povs. Not like picture books also, but books for older kids. Idk if there would be any books targeted for adults that would have penguins either.

Has Anyone Read Varjak Paw & The Wildlings?

I see good reviews for both books, but I also value people's reviews on here too. I read that they both have a lot of action and good world building. I wanna hear personally from people's thoughts on here. I'm wondering if I should buy the books.

In remembrance of my cat, I'm currently reading:

My cat Len (who my mom at some point started calling Leonard) recently passed away. I've had him since i was a kid and he was the last cat of ours that was really MY cat. I saw this book at barnes and noble awhile back and had to get it (when he was still alive) so once he passed I knew I wanted to make it my next read! I'm only about half way through but I'm really enjoying it! Of course it's for kids and an easy read but it's a cute story and I love anything about aliens and of coure cats :3 I thought it was a good way to honor Len and just wanted to share 🫶

RIP Len 💔

Has Anyone read the Foxcraft Series?

I see a lot of mixed reviews about this book. People said there's not a lot of magic and nothing much happened in the book. It sounded like there's not much world building. I know she's looking for her brother, but beside that, what else is happening in the story?

L.N. Tolstoy, Stories about Animals, 1936.

A rare and collectible 1936 Soviet children's book featuring Leo Tolstoy's classic animal stories, illustrated by the renowned animalist artist Vasily Vatagin.

‘Sup Book Lovers!

My friend has cooked up something called the Furry Media Depository.

It's a spreadsheet that contains links to literally everything furry-related, including comics, music, movies, and anything else you can think of. In this case I would direct you to the Books section (for which we are always accepting recommendations).

Feel free to use it to discover more animal/anthropomorphic media to enjoy!

Additionally, if you would want to help with it in any way (either to add stuff to it, or to help with refining it), you can contact me in my DM, or my friend (the creator) in Discord. His name there is "hiddenmoonstone"

Keep rocking!

Capyhero

Hi! I thought folks might like what we’re creating with Capyhero! My name is Tyler and I’m the author. It’s an illustrated fantasy featuring over 100 traditionally drawn fountain ink illustrations by u/nickthagreek.

It’s about a brave capybara who awakens in a strange land with only a blue blanket and the fading memory of a boy named Reed.

It’s written for fantasy readers, middle grade and up. I’d say my biggest inspirations are Princess Mononoke and other Studio Ghibli stories, Redwall, and other classics from the 90s.

I’m still writing it, but just wanted to share some of the beautiful page spreads that have me really excited!!

Found this gem today at the local used bookstore! Loving it so far.

I’ve never read anything by this author before, but I’m having a blast reading this so far!
