Border terrier mix?

This is my best friend Susan, and a few people have asked if she’s a border terrier. She’s 30 lbs and just over a year old! Do you guys think she’s just a mix of other breeds or could she have border terrier in her?

Hazel at Four Months

Border Terrier mix??

Hi, We adopted these 2 puppies at 8 weeks and now they are 6 months. One is 11.2 Lbs the other is 12.8 LBS They were listed as pug/terrier mix . We couldn't figure out what breed of terrier though until I came across Border Terrier. The smaller one is more hyper and barks at every person and dog on the walks. The bigger one is more chill and friendly.. but very stubborn (like a pug) . Sorry for they messy couch. They just got through with their morning wrestling match.

He’s getting his first strip at the groomers next week, which I hope won’t be too much on him. He’s 9 years old and honestly the sweetest dog I’ve ever met 🥹🧡

I would like to train my BT, any good tips?

I have a BT mix. He is a rescue, and I'm not sure what else he's mixed with.

I would like to train him, eventually, to the point where he'll jump onto stuff on command, and maybe do a backflip. I would also just like him to be better-mannered and calmer because he is very hyper. He is 4 years old.

I'm going to do some research before I start, but if anyone has any general advice or tips and tricks, that would be nice. Thanks. I've already taught him how to sit, stay, and jump up, but a backflip is a lot. I don't want to hurt him or make him accidentally break a bone cause I love him too much to do that, so should I speak with a professional, and are some dogs just not willing to do tricks? Should I even try? If he wasn't willing to do tricks, I would not force it upon him.

A big fear of mine with any trick that involves jumping is him breaking a bone or hitting his head. Do you guys have any general advice on that?

Idk if its cause he's mixed, but he's friendly with other dogs, and small animals as well as people, so I was thinking one day when we're better that it would be fun to do a competition! Anyways thanks!

apoquel vs. cytopoint for seasonal allergies?

my poor boy(yes he has an underbite) is suffering bad from seasonal allergy itchies this year, worse that usual. going to the vet later and going to either do apoquel dailies or do the cytopoint injection for longer lasting relief.
who has experience with these two different treatments and what do you prefer / what works better for your puppy? how frequent is the cytopoint injection needed? which treatment ends up being more economical over the course of maybe two months?
