Hi there, I found this heraldry sheet online as I’m looking into building an army of flesh tearers and just wondering is this accurate to the heraldry for the flesh tearers? Thanks in advance 🙂

Finally got to finish one of the new minis from the Armageddon box set and I’m very pleased with this mini.

I’m glad to introduce my new Captain Flesh Tearers for my Third Company and his Ancien

I normally play plain Blood Angels but I knew if I was doing a DC squad I need someone fierce haha.

I commissioned this from u/Turtleboyle. Check out his art for more 40K greatness.

Kitbash conversion of ragnar blackmane and a blood angels captain and a horus heresy upgrade sprue, hopefully good enough for our chapter master!

Used an infernus bodybecause I liked the pose and trimmed the knees to emulate the new armageddon marines

I was building a chaos spawn and used a flesh tearer arm, so i painted him as one.
What do you guys think how my Emperors Children warband enslaved this poor soul (hes almost definitely a war criminal so its okay)

As I kinda hate doing edge highlights was hoping to figure out a system so open to advice

Spent a lot longer on this guy than my previous models, mainly on the highlighting/battle damage. Also put a bit more effort into the base.

Really pleased with it but it’s gonna take way longer to actually finish the army this way 😂

To change up from painting flesh tearers I've decided to paint some other successor chapters. My first attempt is the most radically different scheme I could think of, the Lamenters.

What do you guys think? Have I done our cousins justice? Would you be okay playing against a mixed chapter unit so long as they are all Blood Angels successors in one way or another?

Finished my vanguard with advice from this community. Really pleased how they’ve turned out.

A small project I’d been wanting to take a crack at for a while now. The bodies are mostly sourced from leftover Intercessors, the heads are mostly Night Lords kill team, the arms and weapons are mostly from the Black Templar combat patrol, and all the other things were spare bits I had lying around.

I think they turned out pretty good!
