Weight loss

Hi, i am currently new to fruit based diet thanks to the idea of arnold ehret mucusless diet. People always say „oh its normal you lose weight then gain back” so i am looking for testimonals(hopefully here) that can describe how this whole process looked like for you. How much did you weight before diet, how much did you lose, what was the lowest weight you were during transition, after what time you started gaining weight back and how long did it take etc etc.. Also problems like sensivity teeth, how long did it last for you, when did it disappear etc etc. Also i feel like there is a lot of gas accumulating in my splenic flexure that is unpleasant (water, gas idk) that i also wonder how long did it last for you, when did it disappear and so on. A very well detailed transition journey if possible :D I hope you get my point

Fruits aren't ripening at home

I'm having a problem. It's a problem I've experienced for years now. A lot of fruit I buy from different super markets don't ripen reliably at home, and I don't understand why.

When I buy bananas, they ripen very reliably. But when I buy plums, peaches, apricots, persimmons, papayas, nectarines, and others, a lot of it goes in the bin because they don't ripen into something edible. They just gradually decay, never truly reaching an edible and ripe state. For reference, I live in the UK, and I've lived in different parts of the country over the years, yet I continually experience this problem, even during the summer, and I just cannot understand why.

I also can't find any information about this problem. It's as if no one else experiences this problem and I'm the only one that's affected. But I can't understand how that can be the case. I buy high or medium quality fruits, and I leave them out on a table or counter, and I do it throughout the year, even in the summer, over multiple years, in multiple houses, in different parts of the country. Why isn't the fruit ripening?

I'm pretty poor mind you, and this fruitarian lifestyle has been a continuous drain on my wallet. So I basically now just avoid buying the fruits that don't ripen. And I hate it because I don't get to eat some great fruits. I've never even tasted papaya. This sucks so much and idk how to fix it.

Two days in an I am bloated and feel constipated

I started eating more fruit. I still eat steamed potatoes to get enough calories in but apart from that I eat like 2-3 bananas, 2-3 oranges and 2-3 apples a day and also dates some dates. Some of the fruits I have as a smoothie to get more water in the system easier. I drink 2-3 liters of water also. Also some salad like cucumber and onions and carrots. And I drink a glass of celery juice first thing after waking up.

I feel like I need to poop, not because I feel like I am about to, but because I feel so full internally. I did poop a bit today but it was not a lot. I still feel like there is much stuff inside but for some reason its not moving out.
