Have you been to Vegainz in Los Angeles?!

This is a must try in the Los Angeles area for the Vegan Community. You wouldn’t believe that it is vegan once your taste buds are activated by the microbial diversification.

•vegan sushi w/ : fried oyster mushroom, quinoa, asparagus, avocado, garnished w/ green onions
• Fried Oyster Mushroom bites tossed in buffalo sauce
•Fresh Soursop juice on the side 😱

What do you eat after the gym?

I enjoy a protein filled meal. Often times it can be hard to make a vegan protein filled meal taste good. With a little effort and creativity you can be unstoppable in the kitchen.
I tried something new which was miso teriyaki seared tofu. I accompanied it with peas and mushrooms, rice with some baked garlic, potatoes, and avocado topped with chilli oil.

What vegan or plant based restaurant is one of your favorites?!

One of my favorite restaurants would be Mystical Mixes in San Francisco. Staying true to their plant based structure he has a variety of options. In the video above you can see:
•Coconut Curry Chickpeas
•Jerk Jackfruit w/ cashew cheese drizzle.
•Garnished w/ tomato, onion, and cilantro.
•Accompanied w/ apple & beet root seamoss juice.

Have you seen an improvement within your physical since you’ve became vegan ? I sure have !

Since being vegan I can definitely say I always feel like I have good energy after eating and not a drained tiring source of food to embrace tomorrow.

Complex carbs, fruits and veggies rich in antioxidants, high fiber foods have been found to be a great source to good energy and lack of fatigue.

Although we see a lack of iron, B-12, omega-3, and protein if one is not aware within knowing where to receive protein; fatigue is more than likely to come from under fueling and lack of knowledge. Is there any information you’d share with others on how to maintain good energy from different sources of food ?
