Breast Force - G1 Vs TFC Toys
Just in time for the Haslab to drop, here's a comparison of the G1 and my preferred modern set, the MP scaled TFC Toys set.

Complete set of vintage Microchange cards. These were a runner up prize behind the gold LD Browning. The exact number made hasn't been confirmed, along with my set, I'm aware of only one other that's come to light outside Japan.
Make sure to check out the unique artwork for the Minibots, and Reflector. Not used in MC, or their later TF releases. Which asks the question as to why?
The artwork for Soundwave with Trailbreaker's head was used in the MC catalogues (which I'll post separately), and Megs is where the original animation model, and depiction in Marvel came from.
Hi all, I didn't think it was right to just keep this collection to myself and wanted to share something very special that I waited a long time for. When I got this collection, in some ways we all got this collection. From one Transformer fan/collector to another, this one is for you.
Sealed 1984 G1 Transformers, many are graded and many are not. Most are AFA 80 or 85s. I'm proud of this collection and don't think there are many around in this mint of condition. Front row includes Prowl, Hound, Hot Rod, Iron Hide, Jazz, and second row includes Sideswipe, Smokescreen, Trailbreaker, and Wheel Jack.
Hope you enjoy.
*Update*----Just wanted to say thank you for the comments. I'll answer how I got them, there was this old man that lived next door to me when I was in law school and he used to invite me over to have dinner with his wife and he passed and left behind this collection to me as he used to own a toy store and kept one of each Transformers figure in his closet so his wife contacted me. He was the original owner of these figurines and a very good man. So I am proud that he thought of me and left me something that he knew I would cherish.
As for anyone disagreeing with the acrylic cases or me getting them graded, look I don't trust myself taking as good care of these figurines from 1984, so these cases are the best way to protect them from accidents or sunlight. If I have to spend a few extra dollars to preserve something as cool and mint as this collection, then I want to do that....especially for peace of mind.
From South Korea in the '90s.
None of the limbs have ever shown up anywhere so it's thought they only made Snaptrap, despite him coming with the combiner parts.
Pretty good quality, not quite up to Hastak, but sturdy enough.
The box is thought to be based on Goldran from Brave.
(Once again excuse the old pics, I'm working my way through pics I already have before taking new ones!)
Taken for an older TFsource article I contributed to
Magic eye lithograph made up of stills from the cartoon. The further back you are, the clearer Megs is.
Mix of redubbed Japanese versions of some US ads, the kids, and the non-Japanese chrome version of Megs stand out, and domestic Japanese ads.
Tomorrow's will be 2010 ads.
Vintage KO of Menasor that's commonly referred to as 'Autobot Menasor'.
Be sure to check out their names on the front of the box!
(Old pics so excuse slightly potatoey quality of them)
Released in Diaclone in multiple markets, and as Gig Trasformer in Italy, but sadly passed over for Transformers likely due to the lack of alt mode and reliance of being piloted mecha. Fantastic pull-back-and-go Transformations that preceed the Jumpstarters and Battlechargers.
Hello all, been lurking for a while, my first post had to be Fire Guts as I got him from Dia-Brave before selling him back to him years later.
Got him in 2009 for £90 from Dia-Brave, he mentioned in the intervening years he regretted selling him, so when I was moving him on in 2013, gave Dia-Brave first refusal for the same £90. Bonkers the amount he goes for now!
Lovely figure and my fav of the Ginrai/PM OP molds, shame this deco is rarely used, but kinda hopeful the DX9 Legends Ginrai gets a Fire Guts repaint.
One compilation a day over the next week ending with G2. Next up G1 and Scramble City.
(Skip to 7 minutes in if you're only interested in the pre-TF's Diaclone cars)
Was hoping to get some advice in value. Soundwave is complete and in good condition with stiff joints and nicely opening cassette compartiment and battery thingy in the back (sorry, not a native English speaker). Box has some wear and tear and styrofoam has a break, with tape on in, but is complete.
Thanks!
This will take some time, but I am in awe - spent a week with my parents and dug out tons of long lost accessories, including all the parts for Powered Convoy and the rocket launchers for red Tracks. Better photos later when I've sorted them all!
