Im apartment hunting in Khobar and came across khobar realestate tiktoks which advertise much much lower rent prices compared to what I have seen. How authentic and trustworthy are they?

20F here, I’ve been studying Fusha Arabic for a while now and I can understand a decent amount of Fusha and bits from Saudi local dialect.

However my speaking skills are no where to be seen mainly because most of my learning is through writing. So, never had a chance to carry a conversation with anyone.
