Idk if thats intentional but the really useful SoC at destination is missing. Which is pretty sad. I hope that wasn't intentional. I am not able to get it via setup
I'm in the market for a new EV (leasing), and came across the Mazda 6e. Love how it looks, less sold on the 'everything on the touch screen'. I'm also reading a lot of ... eh, not so positive things regarding the software.
I'm coming from a 2022 Hyundai Kona, which has it's quirks but is generally a no-nonsense car to drive. A car with plenty of physical buttons.
How quickly does one get used to the touchscreen? Isn't it massively distracting?

The single most annoying software bug has for me been that the sound from the microphone in the car was so horrible that it was not possible to do telephone calls.
I have consistently switched to my AirPods every time I hade to do a phone call in the car.
Commuting several hours a day, where I normally do most of my phone calls, both private and business, it’s been a daily bummer.
Today I did the OTA update and after I can now say the microphone audio issue has been addressed and it is working fine.

This is a graphic example of the inside temperature. I have set the climate control to 21 degrees.
This car only has 2 modes: cold and hot.
Didn’t install it yet because I’m driving and I have the update exception error…
Btw does any1 know if its possible to connect the car to a Wifi for faster download? Any1 tried? 🤔
I just got a mail from Mazda announcing that my car will receive a OTA update in the next few days.
Seems like version 8 ist coming finally?

I have a Mazda 6e, and I’m having an issue with the front passenger door. The door opens normally from the outside, but it won’t open from the inside.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with their Mazda 6e? Is there some setting or child-lock/safety feature that could be causing it, or could it be a mechanical issue with the interior door handle?
Any advice would be appreciated!
