Vehicle Network Error

Vehicle Network Error

Hi all, I've had this Vehicle Network Error in the app, and it won't show the correct state of charge (28% is the actual SOC at time of screenshot)

I called the dealership and two of their employees had the same problem with their 6e.

It's leading me to think that it's a problem on Mazda's side, but the outage has been going on for over 12 hours now, which isnt normal for cloud services.

Is anybody else seeing this? I am in the Nordics for reference.

Why do settings keep resetten?

It’s super annoying and frustrating, does anyone have the same problem? Settings sometimes reset to default. Lane assist turns itself on mid drive, it’s driving me nuts

Ocasional auto reset

Hello,

Did already happen to you, getting to the car an it plays an animation and a music, indicating that the car just had a reset? Is it normal or anyone knows the reason behind it? Its like you did the hard reset with the 3 buttons.

Thanks in advance!

Model update coming?

Hi, thinking about buying one in the Netherlands. Heard from the dealer and read online that currently the car is only delivered from stock, in combination with a recent price drop. A car news website is suggesting there might be a model update coming. I believe the dealer was suggesting something similar, although not mentioning it specifically. Could also be that he was hinting towards the new CX-6e, and that they are making room for this car. Anybody got some news on this?

Cruise Control and automatic speed adjustment

Hi!

So I know how to turn CC on. Resume seems to work via +/- on the left side of the steering wheel.

The car automatically detects speed signs and is very accurate so far.

What I don't understand yet: sometimes it automatically adjusts the speed according to the signs, sometimes it doesn't.

Can anybody explain how it's supposed to work and react?

Thanks!
