When I saw how powerful that young woman was in that moment, it embodied so much of all of us, women living under the patriarchy. It doesn’t matter what age we are we all feel it in various ways. The ironically named SINCERE has created a narrative in his own head. He decides who he’s going to be “sincere“ to what he does is consistently create scenarios where he feels like he is the smarter person in the room when you listen to him have conversations with these women you hear him say things like:
To Amora: I wouldn’t be giving you 100% and that would be unfair to you
He plays himself at the center of every narrative and that’s not people pleasing that is narcissism.
What is so interesting to me is how Melanie is dealing with it. She knows that he is a person that cannot be trusted, but the systems in place including the love Island scenario is forcing her to look past what her intuition tells her.
I’m very interested to hear everybody’s thoughts. I appreciate everybody on this platform and I think all thoughts are valid.
Like I don’t know because I’ve been thinking of this like since my childhood and my preteen days. Like would Regina George work with them or would they be enemies if they coexisted together
This was the very first VHS tape I have ever owned, and it's the only one that I have in my Mean Girls collection

Regina pulled up in her Jeep playing Milkshake by Kelis.
Janis Ian is blasting Complicated by Avril from her Pinto.
The referee is Cady because she is basically playing both sides so she has to be fair.
Regina steps out with her hands on her hips ready to spew venom at the former plastic Janice.
Janis Ian steps out of her car with her arms crossed eyes dead locked at the sight of Regina.
It’s about to begin…
You decide how it will go!
Who is at fault here?
Oh? And if your answer is “both” explain why.
It pisses me off that Janis confess to everything and yet the rest of the students attacked Cady and let Janis off the hook. Plus, Janis didn't lift a finger to help Cady. She created the monster then when she couldn't control the monster anymore, she washed her hands of her. I still blame Janis though Cady wasn't innocent herself however, the students seemed to forgive about Janis and attacked Cady.
