



I'm a mechanical engineer (CAD/design) and a Supra fan. Going through the NLA lists, I keep noticing a bunch of interior dash & console panels that Toyota discontinued and that nobody seems to reproduce — center dash, top dash, sub panels, that kind of thing.
I'm looking into whether it'd be worth reverse-engineering and reproducing some of these on demand for owners who can't source them anymore.
Before I put real work into it: which discontinued interior/trim piece have you been unable to find for your MK3? Trying to see if the need is real. Not selling anything — genuinely researching. Thanks

Hey guys, don’t mind me posting here, the Cressida subreddit doesn’t seem too active. I recently picked up an MX83 with BHG. The previous owner got the head cleaned up(hot tanked, decked, looks like new valve stem seals), assembled and installed, I guess life got in the way, and gave up. I ended up getting everything reinstalled and doubled checked what I could that was already done. Basically, I just had to reinstall the intake manifold, fuel lines, intake, and the small stuff.
Anyhow, got fresh fluids in the thing, pulled the EFI fuse so I could crank the motor to build some oil pressure. Went to reinstall the fuse and it appears I’m battling a no start issue. I pulled the return line off the rail, and it seems I’m getting fuel. Pulled plugs and they smell like fuel as well. Upon checking for spark(plug in wire and grounded), it seems like I’m getting spark but it appears weak. I’ve already ruled out timing, distributor base timing(stabbed it per the TRSM) and bad gas. It’s been a while since I’ve played with a car with a distributor so I’m wondering what possible culprits could be. Using the TSRM I checked the plug wires and coil, all seems to be within spec. Possible failed igniter?
Anyway, any and all help/input would be appreciated. Looking forward to getting this thing going!
Hey guys, first time posting and first time working on my mk3 since I got it, I’m doing a 1jz swap on my mk3 Supra going top mount single turbo and I’m wondering what you guys removed/did to make the engine bay look clean and empty. I did some pulling already but kinda stuck on what else I wanna pull. Not running ac or power steering in the Supra so I’m fine with removing stuff related to it.
Can someone point me to some good looking side skirts that fit the style i have going on here

I’ve been reading up and searching to see anywhere that might sell a rack and pinion for an 89+Turbo but I’ve only found one source and have read about people opting out on just do a rebuild and new tie rods. But was wondering what others may have chosen ? Thank you for your time !

Yooo can anyone show me preferably a video of the vacuum routing from the boost sender to the cruise control from there to the firewall vsv or whatever that is on the back left of the firewall vacuum routing.. previous owner got this shit mangled..
I’ve been looking for an alternative for the accordion hose. I was wondering if anyone is running a hard pipe hose. I did see one on cx racing but If you guys got any tips where else to get a hard pipe instead please let me know.
Any good chemical spray you recommend? If not, cutting/grinding down, and adding patches of tack welded sheet metal.
