Pretty sure they’re Wahlberg's Emperor Moths. Their wingspan is about the length of a small to midsize hand
+ Bonus eye spot closeup (best I could do with my phone)
-Antheraea Larissa - Japanese Silk Moth-
Plz correct me if I've got the name wrong. P. S just wanna say that this community rocks💯👌, it's so refreshing to have nice and helpful comments without the normal reddit trolling. ☺️👍
Went to some vintage stores today and I was beyond shocked when I saw this HUGE collection of butterflies and moths 🥹🥹 I was able to get the ones on the last 2 images for 80 bucks (the first one 70, the moth 10.) I was literally shaking because I’ve never found such a gold mine before, truly blessed by the entomology gods ❤️❤️
I like big moths and I cannot lie 😉
Hi, I like sharing pictures of Moths, I think forgotten to share the brimstone moth we met the other day in summer! I also like making games and I have recently just won funding to build Moth Terra Eeeekk!
Moth Terra is a cozy strategy, or comfort strategy where you build dioramas to attract moths. You’ll experiment with terraforming and planting flora in combinations to collect very cute and very beautiful Moths. All the Moths will have their favourite biomes and flora! And you can play all the moths which have special abilities and boons, like destroying lights and paths!
We could really use any moth and strategy game fans support!
