I got her 1h ago and im already done w/ straightening her hair and selecting an outfit for her

i finally did the body for my custom novi! initially i wanted to use a rainbow high sparkle and shine wave two doll as a "liquid donor" but i actually started loving her and wanted to keep her that way.

i used pen ink mixed with water and baby oil to fill her up but i have a question, does anybody have any idea how to make the bubbles bigger? im not sure if its about the density of the liquids i used or just the really small space but if anyone has any advice on how to make the bubbles bigger and less i dunno, chaotic looking, id really appreciate it! if there is no way to change it its no biggie as im still really proud of how my little experiment turned out and im sure she'll look great once she's done :)

as for Anne, since the custom was originally an Anne arctic, i opened both bodies up, took out the glitters and snow from the custom body, added it to Anne's, filled her up with water and sealed it with superglue.

neither of them are leaking for now and i hope t stay that way!

Took the front panel out of Nita's pod, she won't be protected from dust anymore, but it gave me some more space to move everyone around. I need to grab a better riser than a block of floral foam though OTL​

Ahh this would be so much easier if they had knee joints.

I'll have to get wider shelves if I want to eventually display everyone though! (not pictured, beach Alie, Anne, Tilly, Roe, Doe, Gail or Cici)

I didn't catch that she has the wrong body until I checked on Google, do yall think it would be still worth it? How does it even happen that she has the completly wrong body 😭

I just want everyone to know you can use those little Lol surprise clothes as super cute skirts for your novis! Its a nice use for those toys if you dont want them anymore but havent found a way to use them

Hello, i am looking for Vera & Doe for my novi stars collection. Preferably with all their accessories and not broken in any way. Though i would be ok with an accessory or two to be missing, but not if they are broken. By accessories i mean their clothes and atenna, i do not care about the brush or stand.

I’ve made a post like this before but I thought i’d make another since its been a while.

I’ve saved up money for both or either one of the two. Im willing to pay around 150 to 175 euros for each of them.

This person is an admin in the Novi stars group on Facebook. They have over 200 followers, however, all of their posts are from same day, only a couple weeks ago. I know there was a post on here saying that people need to be wary of this specific Facebook group, so do you think what they’re selling is legit?

If she wants to sell outside of a selling platform I’m not going to buy anything, but does anyone have any insight?

Did a reroot on a novi star for the first time! I had heard they were super hard to do but this was a breeze especially with the curly hair. I definitely want to do more of them now! Would love to see other peoples reroots!

Hi! I just recently got my childhood Novi star doll on Mercari, and she kinda leaked during transit. I was wondering how to remove her plug that’s on her back, and what liquid to use to fill her. I really hope there’s an easy way to remove the plug because it’s reallyyy closed tight. Has anyone else been able to do this repair?

Got a bnib energy pod today for $300Cad :))) I’m sooo happy! I’ve wanted a NoviStars doll for so long, especially this one, saw it pop up on marketplace and my boyfriend bought it for my birthday!

so lately I found on Tao Bao this Doe’s head with her shoes on I think Justina’s body for like 15$ (I was screaming I was so lucky!) Doe is my dream novi and I’m trying to restore here. do you guys have any idea where can I find her dress/body or something that looks close enough? it doesn’t need to be official. for now I was thinking of replacing Justina’s body with the Ari’s body without the glitters I got on aliexpress (see in second photo) so what do you think? How can I make her look more like the original? Thank you for answers!

Just bought this beaut. I was debating between her and malie tasker (out of box) but i think actually think im meant to get sila clops 😭 I tried to buy her 2 years ago and got scammed as the seller just so happened to have “lost her while moving house” yet ignored all my messages. I did get my money back thankfully but obviously I got no sila clops. So it felt right to hopefully get her for real this time !! I’ll show her when she arrives!!

So, funny story. I added a Gail wig from Aliexpress to an order because I thought I'd grab an extra to style along the lines of her box art (which has a completely different hair style). After digging through all of my storage, I realized that my Gail wig was one of the few Novi parts I couldn't find. After noticing some neon pink paint on my Mae stand, I suddenly remembered that a can of spray-on hair dye had leaked in a drawer at my old place and I had to throw away a few things. I'm pretty sure Gail's wig was among them. So, I've fortunately got a Gail wig on the way, but no antennae. I could 3D print some, but I'd prefer the originals because resin is fragile. I can't find her spiky bracelet either, so I'm looking for that too.
