xenonite is me, so I made it to the endgame and this guy that started close to me at the beginning decides not to renew the alliance then decided to full send me and I was like if im not winning you are not, and i fullsend him and burned all his troops so that even if he cancels no troops remain and the number 1 guy seizes the opportunity and gets all his lands and wins, probably the craziest game i've played.

How do you protect against hydros?

I had one game where I had like 30 SAMs all stacked together somehow they got blown up by one hydro.

I had another game where I had like 20 hydros all spread around and again got blown up.

What am I missing?

How are you supposed to defend?

Is it correctly understood that if someone 20-30% stronger than you attacks, that you should just let him to some extent and hope he doesn't take too much or someone sees and counterattacks him? It seems attacking back to reduce his front to 0 often makes it worse, if they put the same amount back, and you keep doing the same, until you both get you reduce to 0% and him to 20-30% where he just steamrolls your entire country.

Trains bugged?

Hi, all! In a game, and ended up being someones mitochondria (shout out to 76er). However, i'm not spawning any trains after several minutes. I've stopped trading with all, and started trading with all... and nothing has happened?

Does the game have a max limit of trains perhaps? As I write this, a few MIRVs just dropped, and I'm spawning trains again?

What's the deal with captures stealing gold before the player actually dies?

This has happened to me several times, but I just got a game where I had 10M early in the game from 5M starting mode and I annexed a nation seconds into the game. I was jumped and reduced to two small islands, but still had most of my funds. The only "player" pressuring me was a nation so I figured I could just place some warships, cites, and comeback by capturing tribes, but no. The nation took one of my islands and I lost all my gold. Why not just boot me from the entire game at that point? There's no point in trying to play from that point. It feels unfair and it's completely unpredictable when the game will do this aside from just knowing it vaguely happens when most of the territory is lost.

Players are so weird man

Was playing a game happily allied to everyone just trading and an ally randomly attacked me and then when he got attacked by someone else sent a message saying "you're ruining the game for both of us!"

What did I do bro???? 😭

Realized that on Luna (the two moons map), spawning on top is much better (MIRV time-to-hit)

I probably would have won anyways, but spawning on top seems to give you a clear advantage in late game. I had one MIRV against their two, but I was able to hit instantly and win before their MIRVs landed.

Can you annex a nation?

I know you can annex tribes if you completely surround them. I don’t think you can annex a player. However, can you annex a nation? I’ve only been close but never had one completely surrounded. Anyone know?

Please stop with the Alps...

Ok yeah it can be interesting to have a map with only land, but it comes often and almost always as 125 players. Not a lot of people like this map, so it always take almost the full 2 minutes to wait for players to come. Why god does it have to always be that big ?? Can't you set it to a smaller player pool like 50 or even less ? At least half of time.

1st win in more than 100 games

Even though I have won multiple times in team game, I never won in single player mode. Finally I was able to win today. I thought I will never win considering most of the time I can't even survive 10 minutes.

Did I miss my opportunity at winning due to me holding off in an end game?

Hello it’s me again

I just played a tough game with the end situation ending up like this.

In the first picture, you can see how the end game was looking like, I outnumbered both of them but I was too scared of them potentially teaming up on me and Here comes the sun having just about enough money to MIRV me.

In the second picture, you can see the situation shortly after, both of them had caught up to me in numbers and Let me make u rich economically recovering.

The game ended with me fucking up as Let me make u rich started nuking me along the shores, to which I stupidly MIRVed him, completely throwing the game for both of us. The problem was that I didn’t share a border which I could use to attack him, so Here comes the sun immediately attacked him, leaving me with basically no choice but to betray him, to which I got MIRVed to in response and was almost completely invaded.

I feel like I could’ve win the game if I had attacked/betrayed Here comes the sun earlier. Did I throw a won game away or would it not have worked?

Also let me make u rich, if you see this then I’m sorry for basically throwing the game for both of us

How do I find my teammates in big games?

Every time I join one of those "20 teams of 4" games, I can't find my team. I end up getting destroyed early on because I'm off by myself. I need a hotkey that pans the camera to the nearest teammate, or something similar.

My Favorite Game I have EVER played.

I didn't even win, but the ending was incredibly fun. I love this game.
