Is this Ottoman Turkish?
I found this letter in a stamp collection. It was sent from Beirut to Port Said in the 1900s.
I would be so happy if someone who can read Ottoman Turkish help me to transcribe it. I have hard times with such handwriting because I am not used to it.

Need help translating.
I believe this is an ~120 year old ottoman turkish document on the ownership of some land. Just found it in a old family home. Would love if somebody helped to translate it!
