Should I be worried about my 77" TV falling from an uneven concrete wall?

I had my TV wall-mounted yesterday by a friend of mine who does some renovation work and has mounted a few TVs before.

While he was screwing it in, he said that the concrete wall surface was irregular/uneven. I am not sure exactly what he meant by that, or whether the wall plate already looked like this yesterday after he finished. I think he pressed on the wall mount to check whether it was holding securely, and it seemed firmly attached. At the time, I did not think much of it.

The TV was mounted using Fischer DuoPower 8 × 40 plugs and ST5.5 × 55 mm screw

He also put glue inside the drilled holes together with the plugs.

The TV is a 77-inch LG OLED. There are four screws in one horizontal row.

I can see a small gap between the wall and part of the wall mount. I am not sure whether this is caused by the wall being uneven, normal clearance in the mount, or whether the mount is not sitting fully flush against the wall.

The TV feels firmly attached, but I am worried because it is large and heavy. Is this normal for an uneven concrete wall, or should I ask someone to help take it down and have the mount inspected?

What would you do?

My TV upgrade got out of hand… 55" → 75" → 98"

Started with a 55" TV, upgraded to 75", and somehow ended up with a 98" 😂 Every time I thought the last one was big enough, I ended up wanting a little more screen.

The jump from 75" to 98" is honestly pretty crazy, especially for gaming and movies. I picked up a Perlegear large TV mount because I wanted something reliable for a TV this size. No way I was putting my new TV on some random cheap mount and worrying about it falling lol.

Curious what everyone went with for mounting their bigger screens? Low-profile, full-motion, or something else?

Sony Bravia 55” mounting help!

Just wall mounting my Bravia KD-55A85, and have been told all over the internet I need to install some sort of spacers into the vesa holes on the back of the TV, and then screw the bars and the M6 screw back in.

When I turned the TV over it had four small M6 screws already in the back of it. They seem the perfect size for the vesa holes, so surely I can unscrew those, and just attach the bars to the TV with that screw, simple as that? Or is there anything else I need to do? Looking at the instruction manual it’s conflicting. Seems to say to re-use these screws, but only for the Sony wall mount. And later on in the manual says don’t use those screws! When I screw the bars in with the screw it gets a few turns with the driver and bars are on nice and tight?
Any support would be great just reading different things and very worried it will fall out of the wall!

Thank you!

NEEEED HELP mounting a 100" TV. Any advices?

Just bought a Hisense U6 100" TV and now I'm realizing the mount is probably not something I should cheap out on lol. It’s much bigger and heavier than anything I've mounted before so I'm looking for something that actually supports the size and weight, and feels completely solid once it’s on the wall. Anyone here mounted a TV this big? What mount should should I choose?
