I want to buy this bag. Do they sell authentic first hand products? How is the delivery experience?

I’m trying to figure the name of the first Coach I ever saw, which my bestie got as a gift when we were in junior high. I can picture it so clearly but can’t find it. It looked very similar to this one, the Compartment bag, same shape, color (British tan), flap placement, and turnlock, but was smaller—more like 7” wide by 5” tall—and it had a thin non-adjustable (and non removable) handle. It was brand new in 1985-6. Any ideas?

Hi! Would appreciate if you could help with identifying if these two bags are originals? I thrifted them from Japan and I own one original coach but I’m a total noob at this so would be grateful.

Is this a Frankenbag or fake?

I’ve been looking for this bag everywhere and I’m super interested in it but the brown label is throwing me off. Is this a genuine coach bag? I found pictures of this bag and the label (last image) looks different to the bag I found for sale. The font is different.

Hi there! Per the community suggestions, I replaced the missing turnlock, cleaned and conditioned with Leather CPR. She still needs reshaping (need guidance). I am also asking for any additional suggestions to rehab at BEST. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF SHE WAS YOURS???? Any advice will be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Rachel

I scored this pretty City bag on a big internet auction/sales site. She's in decent shape, with a touch of (no big deal to me) the Mold Measles on the bottom.

For now, I'm airing her out for a couple of days before I start with my usual cleaning and conditioning process.

But, what color is she? Stone? Camel? She looks too pale to be British Tan. Any suggestions are most welcome. 🌞

just picked up this bag, i’ve found similar styles online known as a rambler but i just wanted to be sure! i’m also not sure on the date of the bag, ive been trying forever it seems to learn how to date bags but i just can’t seem to get it down 🫩

I posted the other day that I won an impulsive eBay bid on this vintage Coach companion bag. Thank you to everyone who reassured me that it looks legit. I received it yesterday and wanted to update y’all. She’s definitely real Coach and looks even better in person! The Costa Rica leather is so luxurious and soft. It’s going to be my everyday bag.

There’s a very vague cigarette smell to the interior. Not enough to be upsetting but if you have any tips on how to get rid of that smell please lmk!

I saw this a while ago at the thrift store i didnt know anything about it I was skeptical to buy it as for it is not cheap. So I wanna do my research first before i go back tomorrow to get it if its worth it.

I have a few vintage Coach bags that I’d love to occasionally wear as shoulder bags instead of crossbody. I bought a short shoulder strap from the Coach website and it works great with my Court, but I think I may need something sturdier for my Willis and City Willis bags because of the lobster clip hardware instead of the dog leash clasps. (Not sure if I’m using the right terminology 😅)

I tried doubling up the original crossbody straps, but it feels a little fussy and not as clean-looking as I’d like. Does anyone have recommendations for a shorter strap that works well for shoulder carrying the Willis or City Willis? Ideally something secure, comfortable, and that looks fairly cohesive with the vintage hardware.

I purchased this “white,” it’s more of an off white Coach Court bag. It’s in pretty good shape, but I want to clean her properly. She has some yellowing near the hardware, the strap and under the pull strap. There is also some of the coloring is worn off the sides. I’m not looking for perfection so if you tell me “leave her alone” I think that’s fair. But is there any room for improvement? I’ve done one pass of Leather CPR cleaner then conditioning and buffing.

Hi all, bought this purse for $5 at a yard sale. Missing strap and hangtag. Quality is very nice, materials seem accurate but the creed tag is making me doubt it all. Never in my life seen a coach tag like that, but I don’t know every bag. Any help would be appreciate, thanks!

Hi Coachies, wondering if you can help me authenticate this bag I found at a local thrift store? I believe it’s a small Bixby sling. I have some doubt because I am having a hard time reading the story patch. Any help or clarification is greatly appreciated!
