This shit just keeps getting more interesting!

This shit just keeps getting more interesting!

So it looks like thanks to Quinn morally grey character, he may actually become an ally to Dexter, and they actually come to an understanding. Something that Bautista, unfortunately would not end up doing, and because of that he got himself killed.

Why they are going with the same trope

As cox called his character nyr an absolute idiot

Why they make him a grumpy old man instead of dexter meeting a really wise old man

Dex has to see his future for a 2nd time?

This little moment in Dexter has always been my favorite

Despite it js being a short clip of Dexter having a good time it’s the fact he’s HAVING A GOOD TIME usually he’s full of joy when he’s killing someone but in moments we see of him with Astor and Cody you seem to forget oh shi this guys a serial killer and we aren’t watching a sitcom. Which is another reason I hated how they handled everything after Rita died, I would’ve loved to seen how Dexter has too balance being a serial killer and now a single father of 3 kids on top of that Astor and Cody getting older and how Dexter has to deal with a rebellious teenage Astor. Definitely missed opportunities.

Spoilers, if you did not watch Dexter DO NOT read.

So, I am new to the Dexter fandom. Since I'm kinda late, so idk what went wrong with the ending like what did the fans did not like besides both of them unalived? What were they expecting?

Or was it that they saw him alive after showing his death? What made Dexter last episode to drown to the lowest rating possible.

Also, opinions do change over time someone here must be the OGs so yeh

Is this good ending for Dexter?

What if, Dexter ending is like.. what Rodion Roshkolnikov faced in crime and punishment. I know it looks impossible given, Dexter is shown emotionaless and not much empathy. But something huge Happens and he gets it, he becomes self aware and their are episodes of him thinking of what he have done.. see crime and punishment book by Fyodor D. For more context.

For me personally that level of mental torment will be good for and ending.

Dexter resurrection is mostly luck based and didnt show the smart side of dexter well, it was mostly simple logistic moves and just feels forced

I loved resurrection but i wished it was more of smartness rather just mental things

Dexter Resurrection season 2 theory

Hear me out, what if... Harrison hallucinates Rita! Rita is such an important character, I think it'd make sense if harrison hallucinates Rita, we may not be able to hear harrisons inner monologue... But, lmk if this makes sense

I Wonder If Matsuka Knows Martial Arts

I figure if one deranged lab geek is a martial arts master then why wouldn’t his perverted Asian sidekick be one as well. I don’t ever remember seeing Matsuka get pushed around physically so maybe he’ll fight alongside Dexter or against him in season 3. Maybe a meowing cat will initiate the fight.

Dexter is amazing

Just watched episode one of Dexter and it’s amazing; it might actually be one of my favorite pilots for a show. Throughout the whole episode, I felt so uncomfortable and uneasy; it was heart-racing the whole time. I don’t know if it was intentional, but the script makes all the actors feel off, if you know what I mean, like they're awkward, unconfident, and give off a stage vibe. If it is intentional and this is how Dexter views everyone in the world, that is amazing writing and tells us so much about him without saying anything.

Sidenote: Poor Rita, to go from a crackhead rapist abuser to a serial killer. Her luck with men is horrible!

Please No spoiler

Petition for second season

If you want a second season sign this. I doubt that any of this will change their minds, but hey at least you can say you tried to get this show a second season.

Lowell faced death differently

BTW the most compassionate and non aggressive he has been to a victim is lowell while lowell must have skinned the girls alive

Theory about Quinn in season 2

I think Quinn will cover for Dexter because throughout the series, he and Quinn have covered for each other several times. Quinn also doesn’t have the same mindset as Batista, Doakes, and the others. He would understand that you don’t necessarily want to put people like that behind bars, especially since he wanted to kill Oliver Saxon himself in the final season and he supported Dexter in doing so.
He would also understand that Dexter never wanted Batista, Doakes, or Debra to die, because Quinn has had similar experiences himself. And if Quinn simply turned Dexter in, it would basically be the same as in the first season.
I also think it’s very unlikely that Quinn will actually manage to put Dexter behind bars, especially since the plan is supposedly for the story to last three seasons.

So Quinn and Masuka suspect Dexter was the bay harbor butcher right?

What would be the logical reason that Batista would not have shared his suspicions with them? Over 10 years went by where everyone thought he was dead surely it came up

Dexterity | Now Available

Synopsis:

Dexter Morgan finally sits down to tell the truth and the story about the biggest mistake of his life.

This film edit covers the Season 4 of Dexter TV Series but the story starts with a different narrative.

It's entirely made from Dexter's point of view.

This film is also kind of a sequel to my previous Dexter film edit Addiction: A Dexter Fan Film but it's only required to watch if you haven't watched Dexter in your life before.

This is lengthiest Dexter film edit that I've ever made with the runtime of: 3 hours, 3 minutes.

The ending is kind of a twisted version that had similarities to How I Met Your Mother theme.

AGAIN, if you haven't watched Dexter in your life before I'd suggest watching my previous edit Addiction: A Dexter Fan Film and then you can watch this one.

So, If you're interested in watching this film edit, kindly send me a message privately.

I hope you guys will enjoy this edit.
