My first bullpup after many years.

As is tradition, every time I take a picture of it I find something to change.
So, this is an old picture. The suppressor has been upgraded, the foregrip removed and the light put down there, the rail the light is attached to has been removed as has the podium bipod. (I found I didn't really need it.)

Lame Rules Post

Howdy all.

I reviewed the EB rules and found it's not specified about not selling, so I've updated.

Please know that from what I can find, as long we adhere to state and federal laws, we're good.

Also, sharing links to sites should be good as well, as long as they're in compliance as well.

That's it, preciate it.

Tavor X-95 300 Blackout value

Not looking to sell-yet. Trying to get an idea on value. I have a perfect condition X95 in 300 Blackout. With box, unused cleaning kit. The only one I could find for sale is on Gunbroker for $6500!! That seems utterly ridiculous. What is real expected value.

The Espada arrived!

I just got home and only had time to run two mags through it, but the Espada is wonderful!
Small, light, and smooth shooting.
I can't wait to put a suppressor on it. (Maxim MS-9 when I can get it)
I took a picture of it with my EDC and a 9mm round for comparison.
When there is light to see I will sight it in and run it through its paces.

Yes, the trigger is as good as they say.
The best stock trigger on anything I've fired - bullpup, pistol, rifle, whatever.
Only my Geissele compares and I'd have to try them out side by side to see which is better.

If anyone is wondering, the H&R Colt stick mags work great and the last round bolt hold open functions flawlessly with them.

I'm kind of expecting a break in period to be needed before I can really see what it can do, but so far I am thrilled.

Kel-Tec KSG?

Is anyone else having difficulty selling their KSG? I know it’s not the most popular of Bullpups, but I have a ton of upgrades on it and would like to sell to a good home.

New KSGs around me are selling for $850 without upgrades.

What am I missing? My KSG has been a safe queen and has not been used. Just upgraded. The most I was offered was $385 on Buy my Gun’s web page. I knew I would take a loss. But that one took the breath out of me.

Any suggestions of other things to try or places to contact?

Thanks,
JB

X95 suppressed

Nice thing about bullpup, putting the hux can make the balance point almost perfectly inline with the grip.

Update

Got a booth at GOA GOALS in Des Moines, Iowa on August 1-2. If you want to see it in person this is your chance. I won't be on the booth myself though. At this point I have little faith that any large company in the industry wants to manufacture it, as nobody really wants to take a risk in this economy. Some smaller ones that are definitely willing though funding it is an issue and they'll likely need to take preorders and get VC funding.

Unsure if I want to keep posting to reddit. The people on this sub are generally civilized but getting tired of the brigading from certain groups. YouTube is the place where I get the most traction, haven't quite figured out how X and Instagram engagements work yet.

FRT for the rifle has been designed, haven't started making it yet. The ejection port accessory has been improved to be completely tool less now. Caliber conversion kits are still in progress. parts that broke last time have been fixed but haven't been to the range again yet, I'm really burned out.

Utility patent has been approved and PCT search came back with no novel destroying prior art.

First bullpup

Decided to get x95 as my first bullpup. My brain is still processing how short this thing is. It’s much heavier than my 11.5” AR but as soon as i shoulder it the weight disappeared.

First Bullpup project

Added a Duality Arms FRT. More to come but I couldn’t get the FRT empty a full mag without stopping. It could be trigger squeeze, but overall, I’m satisfied with it initially. Some fine tuning needs to be done.

Dream Bullpup features?

I love bullpups but I have never been satisfied with the options out there....so I am designing my own to eventually be MFGd.

I'm a design engineer for a defense company for my day job but in my spare time I've been working on this. I call it the Fat Cow (because it reminds me of your mom)

The Fat Cow bullpup kit (Name still not finalized) is an AR lower kit with an adjustable stock (Fun Fact ATF measures overall length with stock fully extended) stock adjustability is design for lower footprint while in storage.

Features of the lower

- Almost any self contained AR upper will work with this lower (the grip needs slight height change depending on the upper and rail)

Foxtrot Mike (pictured), Brn-180, Matador arms and many more will work with this kit.

- LOP with stock in storage position (fully colappsed) is 13.25" fully extended it sits about at 15"

- Fwd Ambi mag release

- Bolt release sits behind the magwell but is not shown on these images (I need to take updated photos)

- Same controls and locations relative to each other as an AR

- uses almost any AR trigger including drop in with some modification (removing part of the oem trigger) (I am trying to get CMC to offer drop in triggers for this)

- 3lb CRISP trigger pull (video coming)

- Weight and ergonomics are extremely similar to a standard AR although lighter and better balanced IMO

(Sadly no Skittle storage...Yet)

What are some features you wish bullpups had or how they could be improved?
