I hate being so fat, I do my best to eat normally, I try not to snack. But I just keep gaining. I hate working out because it makes me feel so damn dizzy and out of breath. I don't know what to do anymore, I've had an eating disorder all my life, either it's over eating or eating less than 500 calories a day. Neither is healthy, but eating at least makes me happy. I feel like it doesn't get better and like I can't get healthy. I wish my body was normal.
