So im very close with my now 19 year old sister, i forgive her for whatever it is she did but on behalf of me my mum told me she had apperantly sa'd me and im assuming maybe played weird games or smn with me. Im also awarw she was being actively abused at this point aswell so i get it. I was probably 3-5 and i have an amazing memory, i remember things from this time but simply nothing to do with being abused. My parents even think im lying about not remembering. I am now wondering if this has an effect on who i am today. I remembering watching some form of porn at 9, i hit puberty at around 8, and i wonder if i may get trauma or remember?

I already let my (untamed) canarys out everyday, do their foods, and whistle for them, but i want to build a bond or even just make them have more fun. it doesnt have to be hands on although it would be nice to eventually build up to that. I just want to find more ways to have my birds entertained mainly

Ive been doing acrobatics for a few years now and i have learnt really cool stuff like chinstands and my back is very very flexible, however i cant even do a cartwheel or any cool tricks like that. Ive joined clubs but i was lowk a bit of a nuisance and my dream is to compete. Amy random tips appreciated.

Ive been doing acro since i was 9 (im 14) and my back is oddly flexible, like i can do insane cheststands and really cool stuff with that, i have my splits but i cant even do a simple cartwheel. Ive joined clubs for this stuff but i quit about a year ago as honestly i wasnt doing well and felt like a nuisance for the whole group not being able to do simple stuff. My dream is doing comps and stuff but i want to actually be good first, any random tips for this kinda stuff?
