PRESIDENT TRUMP JUST BOUGHT JOBY STOCK
DO NOT WATCH THIS ONE WHILE STANDING.

DO NOT WATCH THIS ONE WHILE STANDING.
Thank again u/TheGoatGains. One HUGE thing you're missing though is that although the Boeing acquisitions don't use cash, thy paid in shares so that's a HUGE amount of dilution.
Archer will issue Boeing about 150 million new shares (19.75% of the 760M existing), giving Boeing 16.5% of the company. Warrants could add another 30–40M shares, leaving current holders with roughly 80–83% ownership.
Also, Joby has the Toyota JV so when they increase production they won't have to dilute.
I ran the numbers here (https://www.reddit.com/r/JobyvsArcher/comments/1um70ha/please_sell_me_on_achr/)
This shows that BEYOND the dilution from Boeing acquisitions (which will further increase cash burn) ACHRwill likely have to dilute again in a few quarters.
Just keep that in mind so you won't be caught blindsided when the dilution is announced. By all means buy in after the dilution happens
Everyone is just buying/holding on vibes but the math says dilution is coming
Everyone in the vtol space is having to deal with archer and joby bulls toxic spamming of subreddits going after each other like jilted lovers( i mean really… how many subreddits do yall need to talk shit about each other?); while BETA and HOVR bulls congratulate each other on success, all the way up to the CEOs talking highly of each other.
Be better. Be like BETA and HOVR.
✅ Insider Sales
✅ November 1~November 30, 2025
Archer - $1.37 million
Joby - $115K
** And it's not a one-off. In March, Archer insiders sold 6.7x more than Joby ($1.65M vs $245K), and in August they sold 2x more ($1.12M vs $556K).

Everyone keeps posting "Joby sold $40M!!" but nobody is asking the REAL question: what PERCENTAGE of their shares are these insiders dumping??
So I did the math. Using actual SEC Form 4 filings. 🧮
✅ % of Their Own Shares Sold (Past 12 Months)
Joby insiders - 3.1% 😴
Archer insiders - 34.6% 🔥🔥🔥
That's 11x more. ELEVEN. 🤯
✅ It Gets Worse
One Archer executive sold 💯 100% 💯 of their shares. Every. Single. One. 🏃♂️💨
The Chief Legal Officer sold 84% of his shares. The guy in charge of the lawsuits. Selling 84%. Right before Vertical's counterclaim. Coincidence? 🤔
Meanwhile Joby's CEO still holds 89 MILLION shares. That's called conviction. 💎🙌
Joby insiders own 20% of the company. Archer insiders? A measly 5.5%. Joby insiders hold nearly 5x more shares than Archer insiders. Skin in the game, anyone?? 🥩
✅ Do The Math Yourself
Joby: $40M sold ÷ huge stake = tiny %
Archer: smaller $ sold ÷ tiny stake = MASSIVE %
Why are Archer execs so eager to get out?? What do they know that we don't?? 🚩🚩🚩
IDK, but seems fishy... 🐟

Saw a MarketBeat alert on Eric Lentell dumping shares, and turns out it's part of a larger pattern. In a single week in August alone, the following insiders have sold totaling the amounts below:
1. Eric Lentell (Chief Legal & Strategy Officer): Sold 52,762 shares -- total of $338,204.42
2. Benjamin Lyon (President, Aircraft OEM): Sold 50,188 shares -- total of $321,845.61
3. Harsh Rungta (Chief Accounting Officer): Sold 13,880 shares -- total of $89,009.66
4. Priya Gupta (Interim CFO): Sold 10,015 shares -- total of $64,224.19
Could be nothing, could be dilution, OR it could be related to the Vertical litigation that the company likely knew was heading somewhere. IDK, but seems fishy...
See how easy it is?
Saw a great post on Bonny Simi dumping shared this week, and turns out it's part of a larger pattern. In the past week alone, the following insiders have sold totaling the amounts below:
1. Bonny Simi (President of Operations): Sold 10,890 shares -- total of $64,795.50
2. Kate Dehoff (Insider/Executive): Sold 9,575 shares -- total of $56,971.25
3. Eric Allison (Chief Product Officer): Sold 9,331 shares -- total of $55,519.45
4. Sergey Novikov (Insider/Executive): Sold 2,965 shares -- total of $17,641.75
5. Rodrigo Brumana (Chief Financial Officer): Sold 2,601 shares -- total of $15,475
Could be nothing, could be dilution, OR it could be related to a recent legal ruling that the company likely knew was coming. IDK, but seems fishy...
One case worth watching is a former employee's lawsuit against Archer Aviation (U.S. District Court, Case No. 5:26-cv-02761)
A former Archer employee has sued the company, alleging sex discrimination.
These allegations are extremely concerning considering Archer is already fighting Joby's "corporate espionage" suit and Vertical's patent counterclaim. Any discovery of workplace practices like this deserves to be pursued to the fullest extent.
The case remains ongoing and could proceed to trial.
There was a post about the case earlier this year: https://www.reddit.com/r/JobyvsArcher/comments/1slp3ih/new_judge_oks_explosive_sex_discrimination/
On October 6, 2026, Vertical Aerospace Group Ltd. (“VAGL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vertical Aerospace Ltd. (the “Company”), filed a patent infringement counterclaim against Archer Aviation Inc. (“Archer Aviation”) in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging that Archer
Aviation’s electric vertical take-off and landing (“eVTOL”) Midnight aircraft infringes one or more claims of VAGL’s U.S. Patent No. 12,747,027 (the “Counterclaim”). VAGL filed the Counterclaim in the lawsuit that Archer Aviation brought against the Company and VAGL on February 23, 2026 (Archer Aviation Inc. v. Vertical Aerospace Ltd. & Vertical Aerospace Group Ltd., Civil Action No. 2:26-cv-00149-JRG). In its Counterclaim, VAGL seeks, among other things, injunctive relief to prevent further infringement as well as monetary damages.
What y’all think.
I had Gemini look at it..
This Form 6-K filing marks an escalation in the legal conflict between Vertical Aerospace Group Ltd. and Archer Aviation.
Filing a patent counterclaim under Chief Judge J. Rodney Gilstrap in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Sam B. Hall, Jr. Federal Building and United States Court House, Marshall Division) changes the dynamics of this litigation.
An assessment of the technical, legal, and commercial merits of U.S. Patent No. 12,747,027 and this countersuit highlights key factors at play.
1. Technical Merits: The Substance of U.S. Patent No. 12,747,027
U.S. Patent No. 12,747,027 (invented by James Sheppard and Andrea De Matteis, assigned to Vertical Aerospace Group Limited under classification B64D 33/10) is titled:
"Propulsion system thermal management with propulsor fluid flow and ram fluid flow"
What the Patent Actually Covers:
It protects a thermal architecture for eVTOL powertrains that integrates cooling systems into the propulsion nacelles and airframe.
Specifically, it covers a dual-mode thermal management system that cools high-draw electric powertrain components (inverters, electric propulsion units, and battery buses) using propulsor-induced wash during vertical hover and switches/supplements with ram air flow during forward wingborne cruise.
Managing heat dissipation during high-power hover without adding the heavy drag of oversized conventional radiators is a core physics hurdle in eVTOL design. Vertical secured broad claims on routing airflow past heat exchangers using the slipstream of tilting/stowable rotors.
Why the Claim Against Archer's Midnight Carries Weight:
Archer’s Midnight relies on a 12-rotor architecture mounted along high-wing booms, requiring active cooling for 12 electric engines and multiple battery packs during hover and transition.
If Archer’s production cooling ducting, nacelle heat exchangers, or inverter radiators rely on fluid/ram airflow patterns claimed in the '027 patent, Archer faces utility infringement exposure. Unlike design patents, utility patents on powertrain cooling cannot be easily sidestepped with minor cosmetic alterations.
2. Legal Merits: Strategic Shifting in the Eastern District of Texas
Countering the "Copycat" Narrative: Archer initially filed suit claiming Vertical’s Valo mimicked the exterior ornamental lines of Midnight. By asserting a recently granted utility patent directly against the Midnight propulsion thermal system, Vertical is legally reframing the dispute: arguing that Archer built its flagship aircraft on Vertical’s underlying thermal engineering IP.
Trial Posture Under Judge Gilstrap: The Marshall Division of EDTX is known for rapid trial schedules and high risks of patent injunctions. By filing a counterclaim seeking injunctive relief (which could technically halt testing or commercial production of the accused Midnight airframes in the U.S.), Vertical creates mutual risk.
Archer's Rebuttal Defense: Archer will likely challenge the patent's validity by filing an Inter Partes Review (IPR) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), arguing prior art in multi-rotor drone or tiltrotor thermal systems (such as legacy V-22 or Bell architectures).
