Saw a great post on Bonny Simi dumping shared this week, and turns out it's part of a larger pattern. In the past week alone, the following insiders have sold totaling the amounts below:

1. Bonny Simi (President of Operations): Sold 10,890 shares -- total of $64,795.50

2. Kate Dehoff (Insider/Executive): Sold 9,575 shares -- total of $56,971.25

3. Eric Allison (Chief Product Officer): Sold 9,331 shares -- total of $55,519.45

4. Sergey Novikov (Insider/Executive): Sold 2,965 shares -- total of $17,641.75

5. Rodrigo Brumana (Chief Financial Officer): Sold 2,601 shares -- total of $15,475

Could be nothing, could be dilution, OR it could be related to a recent legal ruling that the company likely knew was coming. IDK, but seems fishy...

Archer has been moving at a rapid pace, hitting major cert and technical milsetones/objectives ~2x3 faster than Joby across the board. But there is one thing Joby managed to do at a faster clip: Lose a major legal ruling.

Archer was never found liable in the Wisk case (in fact the judge denied an injunction due to the unlikely outcome that Wisk would win), and the frivolous Kivork case will soon be over/settled.

The Aersonic ruling though... that is something new.

Great to see Archer flying at the Salinas Air show! Advancing piloted ctol flights matter just as much in case the haters flood the comments (not to mention who didn't fly this year)

I'm newer to the eVTOL space, just started digging in over the last few months. I've been scouring various subs and investment groups, following accounts covering the space, etc., and I keep seeing people say Archer is all hype/PR.

But the last few weeks seem to prove otherwise.

The Anduril/Halo partnership is a massive joint venture with one of the leading names in defense tech and the $430M behind it is hard to wave off as just hype.

The Zee AI model pushes Archer into aviation software, diversifying the company's capabilities beyond just hardware.

These seem like major, solid wins and more than just hype tactics. Maybe I'm wrong, but seems like the tide may be turning.
