Please suggest a good psychiatrist for ADHD diagnosis in Sri Lanka

Hi everyone.
Hope you all are doing well!
I want to find good psychiatrists for ADHD who are not in a rush and take time to diagnose the patient properly.
Area - Colombo
Clinical psychologist as a career in Sri Lanka
Any psychologists here? What is your experience being a psychologist or a psychology student? Do you recommend that as a good career path and what it takes to become a good psychologist? Related replies are welcome. Thank you.

Any recommendation for a good Clinical Psychologist in Colombo ?
Looking for recommendations for a good female clinical psychologist in Colombo for my sister. We’ve seen a few psychologists already, but she felt they were quite rushed and didn’t really take the time to listen or understand what she was trying to explain.
We’re looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen, rather than rushing through the session.
Someone who is intuitive and makes the patient feel comfortable would be ideal.
Anyone else have those random days where you feel a little off?
Not looking for advice necessarily, but today has been one of those days where I’m feeling a bit low for no dramatic reason. Just thought it might be nice to talk to someone outside my usual circle for a while.
If anyone’s up for a normal conversation about life, work, hobbies, or literally anything interesting, I’d appreciate the distraction.
Hope everyone’s having a better day than I am.
I dont know if I'm actually depressed or just really sad and I dont know what to do
Hey, I ended up here because I honestly think I need some help figuring out what's happening with me.
I'm an undergrad student, and around six months ago I became really close friends with a girl. She's older than me, and we were just friends, nothing romantic. She's also a lesbian, just mentioning that because I know people might assume something else.
She had been dealing with depression and some other difficult stuff, and I was there for her and tried to help her whenever I could. We became really close over those months.
But we haven't really talked for about six weeks now because of some issue between us. I don't really want to get into the whole story, but losing that friendship affected me way more than I expected.
I was already pretty lonely before I met her. Even when we became friends I wasn't exactly feeling great mentally, but now it's gotten much worse.
At first after everything happened, I basically isolated myself from everyone and was just really sad. Then I started keeping myself insanely busy. I work/study almost nonstop now because if I'm doing something, I don't have time to sit there and think about how I feel.
But now I'm just completely drained.
My head feels like it's constantly burning from thinking too much. Sometimes my hands shake and I feel really cold. I feel empty and I don't really enjoy things like I used to. I have very little motivation, and sometimes I just feel like I'm living in hell.
And this is probably going to sound weird, but sometimes I actually want to make myself feel sad. Like I want to watch sad videos, sit there and think about everything, and just cry. I don't know why. It's almost like I want to suffer for a while instead of trying to distract myself from it.
I'm not planning to hurt myself or end my life. I want to make that very clear. When I say I want this to end, I mean I want this painful mental state to end. I'm just really tired of feeling like this.
I've taken the PHQ-4 online and it came back suggesting that I might have depression/anxiety, but obviously I know an online test can't diagnose me.
It's been around six weeks now, so I'm starting to wonder if this is actually depression or if I'm just going through a really bad period because of loneliness, losing someone I was close to, stress, etc.
I keep thinking that I should see a doctor or psychologist, but I honestly don't know how to start. There is a university therapist, but I don't really want to go to him. So I'd rather find someone outside the university, but I don't really know how that works either.
And honestly, I'm kind of tired of talking about this. I don't really want to sit down and explain my whole life story to someone. I just want to understand what's happening to me and what I'm supposed to do next.
So yeah, I guess I'm mainly asking people here:
How do you actually know when you're depressed and not just really sad?
Is six weeks of feeling like this enough reason to get professionally assessed?
Should I see a doctor first or directly find a psychologist/therapist?
I'm not looking for Reddit to diagnose me. I just genuinely don't know what's happening to me anymore and I need some direction.

Any experts who can comment / give opinion about adult desires and kinks?
