Is Recovery a Mere Delusion? Is Recovering from CPTSD plausible?

I was recently diagnosed with CPTSD as a teenager and I feel like because of the trauma I've experienced, I'm fundamentally different from others. I've had quite a few therapy sessions but I'm seeing no progress. Constant, persistent low moods -just as before- along with existential thoughts...dysfunction...gahhh...is recovery not a real thing?

CPTSD—do yall also find it easier to develop surface level bonds while shying away from closer bonds?

To elaborate a bit: I find it really easy to socialize at events where I have a specific role, but the moment there aren't clear professional obligations, I shy away. I feel like I'm being annoying, and they prb don't like me anyway. They'll prb leave so might as well leave before they leave, cause it'd be less hurtful that way...Is this a common CPTSD experience?

Do you think AI/Social Media made life objectively worse or better if you could only pick one as your answer? Specifically within the SRI LANKAN context, cause I reckon it differs from other countries.

Honestly, I sorta wish it wasn't created. Records show loneliness, mental health issues have increased and it is believed to be tied to the rapid growth in these technologies and someone suffering from all that, I wish all this wasn't created. Social media increases insecurities-not just about appearance but character, as well. And people no longer wanna hang out offline. It's harder to make friends now. And AI is too sychophantic it drives me crazy. Yes, there are upsides but I just can't.

Is teenage isolation (like physically, no close friends) normal in sri lanka?

Have you ever wondered if , those who yap their mind out when someone listens, the one who always tries to text you, the one you never text first, has a close friend of their own? Have you ever wondered if, like you have people to call, text, they have that too? I'm not asking you to befriend such people, but dont call them weirdo either.

Is SLMUN biased? Are the rumors true?

Anyone who's been to SLMUN, aka the biggest Model United Nations conference in Sri Lanka, can you confirm if this is true? The chairs are apparently biased towards kids from the elite private schools of Colombo? I can imagine this being true considering how SLMUN endorsed MUNs are. SMH. Regret signing up!

SLMUN: What to expect? How to Prepare?

I recently signed up for SLMUN , which is apparently the largest Model UN conference in the country. I signed up as a private candidate, because our facult advisor suggested it. I believe I'm the only one going from our school, though. It is my first time double delegating and I have no idea who my co-delegate is. I have texted him, but he doesn't seem too interested in the whole thing. I've been to 5 conferences before and I've won 3 awards so far. But I reckon SLMUN is more intense. So, those who've been to SLMUN before, what is it like? Is it different from other MUNs? And finally, any tips?

Above is an article about the adverse effects of AI therapy, I think this is relevant to sri lanka, because everytime there's a post complaining about the mental health service in sri lanka, there's someone saying -use AI-
