RTX 300 January booking

January 18th booking Base Variant, Pearl White(Alappuzha, kerala).

Earlier mails got me tentative dates as response from TVS, the latest date i got was MAY 15, When I tried mailing them after May 15 this is their response. I've given them few days to respond as they requested, but didn't get any response, so I mailed them again and got the same response as before(issue has been raised to internal team please wait) and i am not expecting a reply this time too. Why did they stop giving tentative timelines? At least that gave us some information and something to look forward to. I contacted the dealer and they said they won't get any information until the bike has been dispatched from the plant. My dealer has got December booking bikes delivered. But January ones are facing an unusual delays. Has anyone got any response from TVS or any information regarding delivery timeline after may 15, please let me know.

Should I even buy any bike at this point ?!?

Hi everyone, I have recently booked the RTX 300 BTO variant, and I am currently waiting for it. Now recently the government bomb dropped the E30 usage and at this point I'm thinking I should cancel the bike and wait for one more year ( considering I'm gonna wait 5+ months for BTO )

Please help me in making the right decision. Thank you in advance!

Just took the RTX 300 out for a spin! First impressions from a 5'6" rider (Tour vs. Urban modes)

Hey everyone,

I recently got the chance to ride the RTX 300, and I wanted to share my first impressions—especially for any shorter riders out there wondering about the ergonomics.

For context, I’m 5'6", and I was a bit anxious about how comfortable the bike would feel. Honestly? It felt great! The riding posture and seat height were surprisingly manageable, and I felt pretty confident on it.

Here is how the ride went:

The Modes: Tour vs. Urban

I spent most of my time switching between two modes, and both definitely impressed me.

  • Tour Mode: Absolutely excellent. The power delivery is incredibly smooth, and it gives you exactly what you expect when you twist the throttle. It makes for a fantastic, effortless cruising experience.
  • Urban Mode: Also a solid thumbs up. You can feel a slight drop in power delivery compared to Tour mode, but it’s perfect for navigating city traffic. It completely satisfied my expectations for daily commuting.

The One Struggle... 😅

The only time I felt stuck was when I had to reverse the bike. Being 5'6", shuffling it backward took some effort, and I had a bit of a clumsy moment trying to handle the weight. I’m hoping this is just a learning curve and something I’ll manage better in the future as I get used to the bike's balance.

Overall, I'm super happy with the experience.

Any other 5'6" (or shorter) riders out there on an RTX 300? Do you have any tips for paddling the bike backward, or does it just get easier with time?

Ride safe!

Apache RTX 300 fvued-up

I'm been a fan of this bike ever since this has launched, visited jayanagar, Bangalore TVS store and asked about the test ride and they said that the bike is still not available for test ride and the very first day I saw the bike there was this owner of that store who offered me a the delivery of the bike before it was actually seen on road I had to just pay him something extra to get the bike! At that point i didn't have so much money to buy it, as I'm ready now!

The actual f-up is production is what I have known and they don't have a clear recurring production thing and they have just marketed it right, as there are a lot of bugs to fix and many issues as of now!

MY TAKE - there's almost all colors in the RTX BTO variant but why not white in the BTO variant, white is something everybody would love and that's sad!!

TVS RTX 300 Delivery Delays & Extremely Poor Customer Support Experience

Booked a TVS RTX 300 Top Variant (Tarn Bronze) in January 2026 with expected delivery around March–April. It’s now been almost 4 months and my booking status is still stuck at “Booking Received”.

The biggest issue isn’t even the delay anymore — it’s the complete lack of transparent communication.
Since booking, I’ve received:
Multiple conflicting delivery timelines
Different answers from different customer service reps
Complaint cases getting closed without informing me
Generic copy-paste email replies that don’t answer actual questions
No proper booking-specific update till date

Timeline so far:
Initially told deliveries would happen before May 15
Later another rep said my booking wasn’t even in the May allocation list
Then another rep denied such allocation lists even exist
Dealership is now asking me to wait till August.

I completely understand delays can happen due to production/logistics issues. But after waiting this long, customers deserve honest and consistent communication instead of scripted responses and changing timelines every week.

At this point, I genuinely feel almost every customer who booked the RTX 300 must be facing similar confusion and frustration.

Has anyone else here faced the same issue with RTX 300 deliveries or TVS customer support?

Best TVS service centre in Bengaluru

Good morning folks!

Just got my RTX 300 a week before and was wondering where I could get it serviced (for the upcoming first service). The showroom where I received it from refused to give a proper reply when I asked them if they had the correct grade engine oil, air filter etc in stock. The guy who was taking care of the buying process has very little knowledge about the bike, he said my top model rtx has adjustable suspension all around and that the TPMS would unlock after 1000 km or so via software update XD.

I don't think they have mechanics trained to service their premium bikes, although he said for every bike launch, all tvs mechanics compulsorily are trained. Load of bs

TVS 310 series owners, please help me out, showroom suggestions preferably in west bangalore (geographical west, not constituency)

If anyone is cancelling their booking, I’d be happy to take it over.

Hello everyone.

I have booked the RTX in the month of April. I don't have any other vehicle so I actually need the bike urgently. I saw a lot of comments on posts regarding cancellation of booking. I can take over the bookings for the top or bro variant in Maharashtra (preferably mumbai and nearby). Please DM if anybody is there in your circle.

Why do dealers use brand new customer bikes for test rides?

Am I the only one who feels this is unfair?

For a new bike, the first 500–1000 km break-in period is important. Companies themselves say to avoid high RPM, harsh acceleration, and aggressive riding during this period.

But then some dealers give the same bike to customers for test rides before delivery. Most people on test rides won’t care about proper break-in — they may rev hard, accelerate aggressively, or ride rash.

Later another customer gets that “new” bike.

I understand a few kilometers during PDI and transport is normal, but using customer delivery bikes for repeated test rides doesn’t feel right to me.

Would you accept a bike with higher odo reading if the dealer says it was only for test rides? How many km do you think is acceptable on a “new” bike at delivery?

Anyone received the OEM bash plate & rear tyre hugger from TVS yet?

Anyone here received the OEM bash plate or rear tyre hugger recently from TVS accessories?

I had booked both through the TVS bike configurator along with my bike on 1st Nov, but still haven’t received them. TVS support keeps saying they have no update yet.

Just wanted to check if deliveries have started for anyone else in the last month or so.

Book an RTX only if you have the patients to wait.

I had booked an RTX on 11th Jan, 2026. Till today, TVS isn't sure of when they will be able to deliver my bike. It's been over 120 days with the wait.

Even today, I contacted an executive at the showroom, and he said that they don't have any update on the delivery.

Idk what are they making in their factory that it's taking them over 4, 4.5 months to deliver the bikes.

This experience is turning out to be very very frustrating.

Finally got delivery of my RTX 300 after 150+ days

First impressions after delivery:

  • Engine refinement feels really good
  • Suspension is surprisingly impressive
  • Weight management feels much better while riding than expected
  • Overall, the bike genuinely feels worth the wait

Also:

  • Registration process in Karnataka took around 2–5 days after invoicing
  • Dealer delivered only after permanent registration (no TR)

After considering alternatives like Dominar, Xpulse, etc. during the waiting period… I’m happy I stayed with the RTX.
