Hey everyone thanks in advance for your advice. Debating between the 6pro and 6plus the main use would be for sports. Im seeing the pro has a 1000mb ethernet vs the 100 on the plus. I'm wondering if this makes a big difference? Thank you.

I found out where all these so called dealers get their boxes from. Many of them think they are getting them from the actual company but they are not. I found out where these boxes are made and who is installing the Heat and Ultra apps,etc but I am trying to figure the source of these apps....
Why?
I spoke to the factory that makes the boxes. I can get a box for approx $20 u.s dollars but it doesn't come with the apps installed.
I am wondering if the device with the google play store has access to them.
Quick shipping! Quick and easy set-up. I'm coming from a Superbox, so sort of a similar set-up, But I do think the V6 Plus was a bit more user friendly in the walk-thru set-up. Remote is definitely nicer. Overall, seems to be quicker than my superbox was. I'm really liking this V6 Plus.
Bought 3 boxes from cord cutter all of them elite ultra, one of them is bricked, shows to white screen after 2-3 minutes of play, tried 3 hdmi cables 3 TVs, wired connection, WiFi connection, soft reset factory reset same issue. The other 2 work flawlessly
Yes it’s a hdmi 2.1 cable, even had a 2.0 cable tried that one too and my ps5 cable

You might have seen this before. If you have, please disregard. But for all the new members, please go ahead and save this. Very helpful.
Basic troubleshooting
1: In case of it gets stuck:
you hit “home button” exit app and reload it. (It will unfreeze)
2: Hard reset -unplug from power 1 min and plug back in”
4: Lastly: Factory Reset
App-not loading / Freezing / Buffering :
Step 1: First unplugging the device for one minute, unplugging, modem, and router for a minute and resetting everything would be step one.
Step 1B: Buffering : Change servers during movie or TV show
Step 2: Try Force stopping the app, clearing the cachet and seeing if it will load.
Step 3: Reset launcher then Update launcher
Step 4:
Next: if above doesn’t work uninstall, reinstall app.
Step 5:
If step 3 & 4 don’t work factory reset.

I have been reading the posts and replies to this subreddit for a while now. At first, it was to see which of the two technologies was better, superbox or vSeebox.
I began to focus on vSeeBox as it seemed to be the more robust of the two. Now lately there have been issues with software upgrades and downed servers on the vSeeBox.
Is this a random anomaly, is it cyclical or have the brains behind vSeeBox have made their money and have grown complacent.
Just as a baseline, I have never needed to inquire the company or tech sites about my Roku box. Or is there something that I am ignorant about?

Is it possible to use any phone app as a remote for the elite ultra box?
The app sees our v3 plus no problem but I can’t seem to get any android tv remote app to find the elite ultra box on the same network.

My remote for my Veesee ultra elite seems to not be connecting to my box the blue light still blinks any way of fixing this and if not what’s the best site or app to get a replacement? Thanks!
All the shows and movies I tried playing today don't have server 2.
I am mainly getting this box for sports, largely football. I like everything I am hearing on the V6 plus except the split screen capabilities. It is really important to me to be able to watch 4 games or more at once.
When viewing 4 live sporting events on the elite ultra, how has the experience been? I am trying to figure out if I am just going to have to live with only watching two games at once on the V6 Plus or if the elite ultra is the way to go and can handle what I am trying to do.
Internet wise I am running a mesh system with planning on running the vseebox directly into the mesh unit. I am not very technologically sound so trying to setup the best way which that may or may not be it.

How can I turn off the clicking sounds as I navigate around with arrows? I cannot find a setting to turn it off in settings-device preferences-display and sound like I would have expected.
Anyone else noticing a lot of buffering with the Heat VOD and VOD Ultra apps today on the V6 Max? Limited servers on a show I’m trying to watch as well. :/
Anyone have issues with the remote constantly stops working. I have to continually take out batteries to reset and/or re-connect the remote. That gets it to work again but I have to constantly do it.
I have Xfinity. Are these actual threats to my network from vseebox?
