I know the most recent post here riled up some members, so I want to set the record straight on what we do and don't allow regarding the situation. Let's see how the most recent post was.
Rule 1: We do allow trash talk as long as it doesn't cross the line of trolling, brigading, baiting, pestering, being argumentative, attempting to force your opinion, being dismissive, etc. That post was fine in that regard. 🟩
Rule 5: We do allow memes as long as they're not excessively offensive. That post brought up something that pissed off another athlete, but it was trash talk. However, with the history of the two players, some think it was pushing something. So this is a yellow area.🟨
Rule 7: We do not allow AI-generated posts. That post was an AI-generated image.🟥
We removed it because it was an AI-generated image. And yes, blowing a confrontation out of proportion can be annoying; and on the other hand, you might think it's funny what a player did. However, AI images are weird and against the subreddit's rules anyway. The most recent post that was deleted did not break the first rule. It might've teetered on the fifth, but it ultimately broke the seventh.
You can do better trash talk than an AI-generated image on Facebook made by some Boomer.
Don't forget to add a user flair. You can edit them to say what you want. Comments from people without a user flair will get automatically removed. Some sports subreddits have a thing where they try to get people to use flairs, and we're trying to get more team representation around here.
It's a new month. Let's see what you thought.
How do you think your team did last month? What were some things your team did well? What were some things your team didn't do well? How do you think the team can improve?
If your appeal is only to a player or players, how do you think they did? What do you think they did well on? What do you think they didn't do well on? What could they improve on?
Or, if you're a neutral, give your unbiased opinion.

To whomever had the creative genius to remix RuPaul All-Stars with the WNBA All-Stars for the Valkyries at last night’s Pride Game, I commend your creativity! There were so many incredible fan signs last night did you have a favorite? What about the Valkyries made me gay?
But in all seriousness, I have a wall full of art & posters from WNBA games. If you are that person who made that sign, I’ll pay you to be able to print that out and hang it on my wall. Or you know, the Louvre. Thank you for making my queer heart burst with joy. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

Ignoring the whole hand and knee issue..I was at the game and saw this happen in real time. What I found
incredibly strange was how when they fell, AT got up and then stepped over CC in a way, that I felt at the time, was not related to how play was happening at the time. I thought that was rather dangerous and was rather surprised the refs didnt call that for anything at that moment.
It's a lot easier to find NBA rules and since we are also Pacer season ticketholders I am a bit more familiar with NBA rules so that while stepping over a player is not specifically prohibited but can be considered taunting if not part of play. I am surprised there isn't more discourse on this aspect of this incident as well.
